The property staff were amazing and so kind. They were very helpful and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The room was spacious and clean. It was very updated as well. The location is very convenient too. There is a Walmart and a Target close by. A gas station and a Dunkin across the street. The airport was also only 5 minutes away. This is my second time staying here and whenever we visit this will be our go to hotel. Thank you Courtyard Tampa for making our experience wonderful!

Breakfast offered limited choices, no buffet; definitely no wow factor but worked. Ate at the small cafe/restaurant for late dinner when we arrived, which was good. Staff in all areas were great. Room clean, quiet and comfortable. Complementary shuttle service from airport was good. Took an Uber to the cruise terminal as shuttle service not offered to this location. Uber was $45. Would recommend hotel for short stay.

The room was nice and spacious.

The only thing we wished for was extra pillows in the room. There were not enough pillows for a king size bed. Breakfast was included in our room rate, there should have been more hot options.

The view of the pool and palm trees from the balcony was beautiful and a warm welcome to Tampa! Very clean, pictures are accurate, kind staff.

The bed was very comfy!

The one thing I didn’t like was there was no body mirror to see yourself in only the sink mirror which showed half your body.

Whatever the most stars are, double it for this place. Very nice rooms, amazing staff, great value! It exceeded my expectations!

Everything was nice and quaint and good quality for the most part.

Not enough hot water or water pressure in shower. Not a good view.

Close enough to the stadium for a decent walk.

Pricey for what you really get. But it's a good option.

rooms clean, comfortable bed, 2 pillows were good two bad. No coffee except for small room thing which was horrible. otherwise you had to buy coffee and it was expensive. Staff friendly and professional.
