Conveniently located and nice inside!

The rude valet that approached me as I walked out asking if I were parked over there, as he pointed to the accessible parking. As a first time customer, I was appalled. I have a handicapped accessible parking tag and used it; however, he mentioned cones being there blocking off the area. The previous night the cones were not there when we checked in and had been placed there overnight or the next morning, I suppose. I told the valet that we were checking out and would have it moved.

Location is perfect for shopping. The free hotel is great for guests who do not want to drive. It takes you within 2 miles of the hotel. The restaurant is great,loved the food.

One of the beds in my room was uncomfortable. The mattress is sunken. Thankfully there was another one I could use.

After an Airbnb nightmare, booking our stay last minute at this Marriot was the best decision. My mom and I were completely at peace with our spacious, clean room. It's exactly what you would expect from a top brand hotel, clean building, nice decor, nothing over the top but definitely a step up from staying in a motel or value hotel. We did hesitate how our stay would be because of a "gentleman's club" across the street, but there wasn't loud music or wandering people. Location wise, it's a great spot! I would stay here again!

Only dislike were the incredibly soft pillows. The pillows would completely go down to nothing when you lay down. Also the back door by the restaurant was always unlocked, for security reasons I hoped it was locked after midnight.

Shuttle service and driver Raul was exceptional and made getting where we needed to go simple thanks!

I wish that there would have been better breakfast the coffee station downstairs near the lobby wasn’t the best, and was very pricey, due to that me and my partner weren’t satisfied we went to other spots to get breakfast/coffee

The outdoor space, large lobby for working or meeting, as well as the restaurant were fantastic for this work trip. The staff was helpful - overall a great experience and this will be my new go-to when I'm in town for work.

There was a calming aroma that greeted you when you entered.

The restaurant’s breakfast option was not the best, however the restaurant next door First Watch was available as early as 7:00 so that was nice.

The pool and pool area is such a nice place to relax, so much seating and lounging available with varying amounts of sunlight, scenery, and seclusion. The lobby, restrooms, and first floor spaces are nicely wide and welcoming with just the right amount of confusion when you come out of the elevator.

From the outside, the building itself (walls/structure) looks like it could use a tad more upkeep or cleaning.

Jonas and Raphael were excellent. They made us feel very welcome and were very attentive to our needs.

Location, friendly front desk agents, cleanliness of the lobby and room and Free parking.

No mini fridge or microwave in the room, which for a Bonvoy member, is something I'm not used to not seeing. Also I called the lobby inquiring about the wifi and was told as a bonvoy member, the wifi was free. I advised the rep that there wasn't an option to submit my membership credentials to receive the free wifi. The rep stated it would automatically be removed from my final bill, yet I was still charged the wifi ($12.95). Paying wasn't the issue, it was the principal of not receiving the benefit I was entitled to. Other than that it was a great experience overall.
