We accidentally ended up at the wrong hotel and they sent the shuttle to come pick us up. Our room was not ready when we arrived (coming from a cruise so we got there incredibly early) but within 20 minutes we had a room. We decided to go see a movie since we had so much time and the shuttle not only took us to the theater but then brought us back. The staff at this establishment went above and beyond in every way imaginable and I wish I would have thought enough to get their names as they should be commended for the fantastic service they provide. I will definitely look to book here next time I'm in the area and will tell everyone I know to do the same!!Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

I would rather have had a bathroom door that shuts than one that slides. Not a fan of a sliding barn door for a bathroom door. Not a deal breaker though.

Staff is amazing and friendly. We book this place to stay in a day before cruising Royal because we came from Canada in Jan and didn’t want to risk delays. We had 20+ family members staying here. I was grateful the lady at the desk got us connecting rooms/rooms on the same floor, gave us a complimentary water bottle for each person and offered refreshments and cookies. Beds were comfy and area is perfect, we walked to Olive Garden in 2 mins for dinner, the plaza that it’s in has other restaurants also. Shuttle was great. Although they didn’t have a shuttle to the port they gave us a business card for a private shuttle, it was good and inexpensive.

Didn’t stay long enough to really have an opinion about what I didn’t like. We didn’t access pool or other things. Breakfast could be a bit better but for the price it was good (free) it did accommodate our needs.

Continental breakfast was good. Came down day before for a cruise. Has stayed at Hampton Inns in the past. Familiar with the motel. I like the shuttle from the airport at this location also.

Nothing except the price. I'm old don't like those extra fees that are added on to a night stay. But they all do it. I know a lot of it's beyond their control. Still don't like it. Haha

The location was under renovations but the staff were great. The room was comfortable and clean, I absolutely loved the free snacks and the cold drinks in the fridge. I've honestly never been to a hotel that had a set up like that free of charge. Honestly, that just makes the stay 10x better and I felt welcome to stay there.

You can tell the rooms still need some work, but that is because they're renovating, I'm not going to take that out of my rating. This place was excellent.

Great staff very close to everything and free breakfast as well as an outstanding room fridge and microwave along with everything else. Shuttle basically anywhere and to airport all day long. Very conformable clean and nice large tvs like huge in rooms too Cannot say enough about this place!

For it being a Hampton Inn/Hilton I thought it would’ve been very very nice but it wasn’t. It was just like a motel, but the staff were great actually excellent

Was it as nice as I thought it would be. It needs updated everywhere. The breakfast is there were great. You could have anything you want.

Good hot food plus decent coffee. Not much choice of bakery items but ok for one night stay

Receptionist had no personality or interest in his customers. We were picked up at the airport by the wrong shuttle bus as there is more than one Hampton Inn next to the airport! Had to wait for the correct bus to collect us and go to the other hotel. Not good after a 16 hour day. Apparently this happens quite often. Why doesn’t the Hampton chain do something about it then???

The location of the hotel. Loved it was close to the airport and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We only stayed for one night and left super early to the airport so we really didn’t get to know much about the hotel. Rooms were good and could use some work.

Room was nice and clean, however it was rather small compared to other comparable hotel rooms we have stayed in. It was quiet. We did not opt for breakfast as we had to be at the airport really early. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We got off a cruise ship and got a cab to the hotel. We checked in early and couldn't get into our room but our luggage was stored and we were offered a ride to a shopping center by their free shuttle service. We also got the shuttle service to the airport the next morning at 5 am. The room was clean and larger than expected. We would definitely return to this hotel if we are ever in tampa again.
