VERY close to the airport and the shuttle was terrific. We left at 4:30am so I can’t comment on breakfast. The 2 desk clerks were exceptional and provided info on restaurants within walking distance. We saw the pool (outside) but didn’t have time to use it. It appears it used to be a different motel chain now integrated into the LaQuinta family but it was clear things were being updated, refreshed and modernized. If the desk clerks are any indication of the staff and attention to detail they are shooting for this LaQuinta will be a complete success and great addition to the brand. I so wish I could remember the names of the 2 lovely ladies at the front desk as they really deserve a shout out as exceptional customer service providers

This is an old hotel/motel but the staff could not have been more professional and friendly, The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was easy to find and very conveniently located near the airport. There is shuttle service to and from the airport. Also right next door is an IHOP restaurant and an Enterprise Car Rental...both so convenient. I definitely would stay here again.

The coffee machines in the rooms (we stayed two separate nights in the same week) were broken so they should be updated. Elderly patrons need to request (and be guaranteed) a room on the ground floor as there was no elevator. It was very hard for us to to drag big suitcases up the steps (the first night), I'm 78yrs young and my husband 81yrs next week!! I requested a ground floor room for our second nights stay 3 days later but when we got there there was none available. The friendly young lady at check in moved us to one but had to move a gentleman upstairs. An elevator would solve this problem.

The microwave, fridge and TV which has a feature every TV hotel should have in which the sound can be left on while the screen is black. I usually sleep with the TV on with a timer but the screen can be bright. I loved that I was able to sleep with the sound on only without the glare.

Wished there was a closet to hang my outfit for the next day. Also I signed up for a 4:30 am shuttle and it was planning to leave 10 minutes earlier, which is not fair because my room was all the way at the other end and I was practically running to the lobby.

We loved how genuinely welcoming Erica was when we arrived. She came from around the desk to personally welcome us. She offered us water, advise on where to eat within walking distance, and got us in our room early at no extra charge. The room had clearly been updated giving it a fresh, clean look. The shower had great pressure. The pool was clearly and refreshing and we had it all to ourselves. We really appreciated the free shuttle to the airport!

The one bed was creaky every time I moved which woke me up.

I liked it very well it was in a very well location to gas stations Walmart wherever I needed to go to get whatever I needed there was a free shuttle from into Tampa international and we were able to get a shuttle from La Quinta to the cruise port for $10 a person which was amazing and the shuttle on the way back from the cruise port to the hotel only charges $40 for five people and a child under 4 which was also a very good deal and I was very appreciative everybody that worked there seemed very nice very willing to help yes I had a great time thank you

There really wasn't a whole lot that I didn't like besides the fact that there was only two towels in the bathroom one washcloth and one throw towel for your hands but other than that everything was good so I won't give it and example but yeah well anyways you'll see what I'm saying I think you should put at least four big towels two hand towels and at least two washcloths because in a two twin bed room I mean not twin to queen bedroom there's probably at least two to four adults so it would better be better if you put extra towels just to be on the safe side and a couple extra body wash and shampoo and stuff other than that it was

I was very impressed by your receptionist Stephanie. She was friendly, efficient and helpful. We requested a room change and she was accommodating with no fuss just friendliness.m we were there for two days and she always greeted us with a good morning and a smile. We also liked how close your hotel was to the cruise port. The shuttle from the taxi was greatly appreciated. As well as the shuttle to the cruise port.

There could be some snacks in thee reception area for coffee or in the evening.

Room was standard La Quinta tired and faded - but update planned

The staff were less than specific about where the room on this large complex actually was. Perhaps numbering/lettering the staircases would help guide a guest to the right place. The breakfast was abysmal. I don’t want a lot but to find you have to ask the staff to go and find milk for cereal - and then be told it was the last third pint carton simply isn’t good enough. Other guests were disappointed and sought alternatives - of which there were few!

Airport shuttle to and from and also extra pay to go to cruise port was good. Breakfast was good between the hours they say. It is near the international plaza which is a nice walk

Knowing that people have to catch the shuttle at 4:30 and 5:30 am to airport, breakfast is to be part of the package, there is no reason they cannot put out some muffins or croissants and fruit and have available for the early birds. they could promote the ihop restaurant, i understand if we show them the card there is a discount, i happen to hear from other patriots

The lady at the front desk was so helpful and kind. I'm handicapped and she went out of her wY to help me with my luggage to my room. Thank you so much room148 Also when I was checking out one of the remodeling guys also helped me with my bags. What great people.

Finish your remodeling and I'm sure you will be back on top again. Keep up the good work. Also because I am handicapped I was aware that the bathtub did not have a grab bar. I know it was not a handicap room but for your guests there should be grab bars at least 1 in the shower. Room 148. I was not able to take a shower.

Great shuttle to and from airport. Counter service ok. Only 2 storied in shape of U so easy to get around (if mobility issues as I have). WONDERFULLY comfortable mattresses and accessible room was great. Parking right out front of unit. Fab! Bathroom towels clean, nice like the sheets. Good job! Breakfast easy, simple and plentiful.

Shocking pillows! Old, uncomfortable...made for bad nights sleep, unfortunately. Table lamp lights were not working in both rooms I stayed in. Accessible king room had no milk for coffees.
