Clean, modern. Good location walkable to restaurants. Breakfast good. Shuttle service excellent.

Plumbing issues…clogged toilet immediately. Shower door slides open causing leakage onto floor. Dull lighting in room .

The shuttle service was extremely appreciated. We utilized it both to get from the airport to the hotel and then also to go to Publix.

I did not like it when we called the front desk for a ride back from Publix and the message was never given to the shuttle driver and we waited for an hour before calling again just to be told that the front desk girl never told the shuttle driver we were ready. Very, Very frustrating. I think if the guest could contact the shuttle driver directly it could save time and prevent this sort of thing from happening.

Everything was wonderful, large spacious rooms and very clean. Loved the little kitchenette area and the fact that they had hot beverages anytime someone wanted a nice cup of tea or coffee. Definitely will stay here again!

Two things that were a little bit of an inconvenience was the lack of cooler air coming out of the actual air conditioning unit in the room, it felt more so like a fan circulating. Second thing is the automatic shades were not moving when using the control panel which left little to no natural light into the room.

Breakfast was amazing! Loved the waffles and other options. The room was also very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also friendly, and they helped us with our TV when we had some trouble with it. At first, I thought the place was a bit expensive, but then I saw how big the room was, and how good the breakfast was, and I thought, the price was totally worth it :)

Really nice spacious room and good quality finish. We missed our flight so needed a family room very last minute. Phoned the hotel first and the staff were really helpful. They had a free shuttle to return us to the airport the following day. They also took us out to get some dinner and collected us after. Great service and staff were really friendly. We had a few hours the next day before our flight so spent these in the pool which was great. It’s a fairly small area but a nice pool still with towels ready for you.

A few more hot choices at breakfast would be good.

Love the shuttle service that was available to take us from the airport and to wherever was within 2 miles of the property. I don’t think it is 24/7 service though, so call the hotel before booking to make sure the shuttle runs on the at the time/day you need. Breakfast was great!

There weren’t enough pillows and when we called the front desk they said they ran out. If you need 2 pillows each get them as soon as you arrive.

It's a new hotel, with a good breakfast, a nice fitness room (24h) and free laundry (24h, you only need to buy the soap) inside the fitness room, that helps you do both. Free and nice parking. The staff was wonderful. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and apples for free in the front desk

The area near the airport is not so good, but only this.

Rooms are huge with fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, dishes, ect... TV in the room is huge & welcomes you personally. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Bigger sized bathroom. Free breakfast & parking. Free washer & dryers. Super close to the airport, shopping & restaurants. Free airport shuttle. Shuttle driver & Front Desk staff super friendly.

Our shampoo & conditioner were completely empty in the bathroom. The AC didn't cool much. We could only get it to 74 with blinds shut.

The cleanliness, friendly staff, great breakfast, spacious rooms, free airport transfers.

The $50 deposit was not indicated when I made my reservation via booking.com. The money was eventually refunded but I was negatively impacted by the currency exchange rate from US Dollar to Kenya Shilling.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the shuttle driver was super nice, and the breakfast was good (but no espresso machine). The rooms were clean, with a huge refrigerator, microwave and good beds. Great shower, bring your own hair dryer if you need one. Close to the airport. They also are open 24 hours and have a one-day cancellation policy.
