I have stayed at the Hyatt House Airport/Westshore several times. I like it because it is quiet, has a bar & restaurant in the hotel (in case you don't want to go out to eat), the beds are incredibly comfortable and the location is close to sky office. Some of the rooms have a small kitchen and sitting area, which is nice if you are traveling for work or staying more than a few days.

I hate that they now charge their guests for parking. I cannot understand why a hotel would charge guests to park in their parking lot (like we have any other choice for parking). I stopped staying at the Marriott and Hilton in Tampa because they charge over $20 a day to park in their parking lot and Hyatt House did not (up until my last stay in June). Hyatt House now also charges for parking.

Close to airport, we had a late arrival so it was very convenient location with shuttle bus pickup. Complimentary breakfast and a nice pool area to hang out in before our Airbnb check in later in the day.

This very quickly became our favorite hotel during our visit to the area and we were genuinely amazed how above and beyond the staff was. In particular, Vickie helped us out when we were in a tight spot and could not have been friendlier. She went out on a limb to make sure that we had a wonderful stay after we had had a not-great experience elsewhere. The pool was awesome and we loved the indoor/outdoor bar next to it - shoutout to Matt, the bartender, who was super friendly and attentive. It was such a peaceful atmosphere with a cool Tampa mural as decor. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the kitchen in the suites was really well-equipped - enough to cook a substantial meal.

I enjoyed the hotel. I liked the vibrant colors and the warm like feeling of being home away from home. I was impressed with the security and having to use your card to access the property and get to your room. I also enjoyed the variety of breakfast options that were available . The pool area is open and has plenty of walk through area . I really enjoyed our stay I definitely found my new stay in Tampa.

I didn't like the pool hours. I wished they were a little longer maybe like 12 pm for cut off. other than that no complaints . i enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this place to a friend, or family member.

We only stayed one-night prior our flight out the next morning. The hotel is located within a 15-20 min walk of the airport car hire returns, so we were able to drop our cases off at the hotel, return the hire car and walk back to the hotel. There is transport from arrivals but we're not sure how that is arranged. We didn't use any of facilities in the hotel e.g. the pool, so can't comment. Breakfast was good with enough choices for most people. We were kindly upgraded to a Studio Room which had excellent facilities, including a microwave. The front desk team were also excellent and quickly organised our complimentary bus trip to departures the next day. One tip - there isn't much in the way of e.g. shops, in the area but there is a World of Beer nearby, if you don't want to eat in the hotel.

Love the breakfast and that they switched up the foods daily. Staff were so nice. Loved the fire outside. Loved the pool. It was a beautiful location and had amazing views

I would have loved the option of regular water in addition to the lemon water in the lobby. I would have also loved for the restaurant hours to be as visible as the breakfast buffet hours. The restaurant didn't serve lunch which would have been nice even if it's just like cold sandwiches and drinks. These are small things but overall the experience was amazing and I would definitely go back.

The location was easily accessible from the terminal, and parking was ample. The staff was very polite and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good—nothing over the top, but a nice selection.

There were no bathrobes or disposable slippers, which would have been a nice touch. Also, a couple of bottles of drinking water for the coffee/ tea maker would have been helpful. I had to go back down to the lobby and buy some water. I didn't mind buying the water; it was the inconvenience of having to go back down after getting settled in and realizing there was no drinking water available.

I am from New Orleans, La. And My son and I have to fly to Tampa once a year for him to have a medical procedure.We have stayed at several different hotels. And this one is by far the best one hands down.The staff was really nice.The facility was very clean and well maintained. They did a outstanding job with the breakfast. And I really love the fact that they care about their guest safety. You need your room key to have access to anything in the hotel. I think this is going to be our home away from home for now on.

The cost of the items in the grocery area downstairs. I paid $10.31 for 1 soft drink, 1 bag of chips and a reese candy bar. That's really over priced.That's the only thing that I didn't like.

My stay at this hotel was excellent overall. The location is perfect, very close to the airport, and the shuttle service was fast and convenient.

Honestly, I loved everything about this place. The only thing that might seem a bit too much are the $50 per day incidental fees, but well… it’s understandable, and everything else made up for it.
