Lovely clean comfortable room and friendly staff at reception

Not much choice for breakfast and nowhere to sit. We ended up taking it back to our room

Nice property indoors and outside pool/sitting area. Spacious suite, full kitchen, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. When I called to request early check-in, I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite (from 1 bedroom 1 bath) - very appreciated! Shuttle to airport was great.

Although Booking.com sent me a message ahead, telling me what the full price was, the hotel charged me more and wouldn’t budge on that. If Booking and the hotel are going to have a partnership, this shouldn’t happen.

They were able to accommodate my late check in... Last minute booking at 9pm. Room was ready! Clean and spacious. Neat little studio made us joke of really being able to live in one. Small but very functional and efficient. Loved the shampoo/ conditioner ZERO/0 and so did my curls after a swim in chlorine. Which I must say was a very clean pool. Ample space outside to just lounge. We found out late but there are grills right by the pool. Breakfast was hearty - and if my husband got up on day 2 for breakfast it definitely had something to do with the breakfast street tacos. Can't forget room service. A gentleman was at my door with a bottle of conditioner after me calling the front desk less than 5 min previous. The freezer has an ice maker so you can continually get fresh ice instead of looking for the ice machine. This place in all is just great.

The trash was never taken away unless we complained. New towels weren't provided as I expected each day either. The housekeeping was the greatest disappointment.

The service at this hotel was great, very good. The breakfast was good and the lady from the breakfast corner was very friendly. Thanks and Thumbs up for her! The room service was checking every 2 days if everything is ok. Staff very friendly! The location is very central of the shopping and food places. 24 hour free coffee, water and thee. And what completes the stay, is there complimentary food at Wednesday evening with free beer and wine.

Most of the main food is daily omelet and bacon, please add some other stuff like chicken or turkey as neutral. I do not eat pork and beef.

Quiet hotel, no noise from airplanes or other guests. Shuttle to and from airport very convenient and never had to wait very long. Breakfast was good and all facilities were clean

I love to decorate so the room colors and pictures were very basic and need some bright colors.

They upgraded my single king room to a double room, double king bed! Lol it was a huge space with 4 beds for 1 person and only one night! But if you're looking for that, try this place. They're wonderful. The beds were comfy, sheets clean, and really nice amenities.

The shower took a little while to warm up, and I did have a small roach in my room (not a problem, honestly could have come from anywhere which is why I handled it myself). The shower drain also took a little while to drain. Super small inconveniences, nothing major!

I enjoyed the breakfast and the outside area by the pool. The room was cleans but the hallway carpets need a deep cleaning. I wish we had stayed a your hotel after our cruise. I was much better than the hotel we stayed at in downtown Tampa.

I feel like hallway carpet needs a deep clean because the hallway held some sort of smell. Maybe the carpet needs to be replaced. The hotel had to fix my bill but they figured it out promptly.

The hotel was a lifesaver after our flight was canceled, offering easy access to the airport and eliminating some of our travel stress. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was AMAZING one of the best we've had, and that is saying a lot since we travel often. Truly a gem in a hectic moment!

Check in manager/suoervisor was exceptional, fantastic guest care. Room was very clean and spacious and staff were fantastic at assisting when needed.

No restaurant on site and shops were not walkable.. however this was not a reflection on the hotel at all.. just an observation for others booking.
