Lovely clean comfortable room and friendly staff at reception

Not much choice for breakfast and nowhere to sit. We ended up taking it back to our room

We returned from a cruise in the morning and got to the hotel a few hours before check-in time, we were exhausted. Kim at the front desk was extremely friendly and kind enough to let us stick around the facility and have breakfast. A couple hours later Kim had a room ready for us. We are extremely greatful. Kim and Trinidad are the friendly faces every hotel should have greeting guests. Than you both for everyrhing you did for me and my family.

Even though I'm a smoker I disliked that the smoking area after 10pm is at the front of the hotel right next to the door where guests are walking in. I am a smoker but I like to respect those who arent. The back patio should remain open maybe with strict noise policy for those who wish to smoke.

Nice property indoors and outside pool/sitting area. Spacious suite, full kitchen, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. When I called to request early check-in, I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite (from 1 bedroom 1 bath) - very appreciated! Shuttle to airport was great.

Although Booking.com sent me a message ahead, telling me what the full price was, the hotel charged me more and wouldn’t budge on that. If Booking and the hotel are going to have a partnership, this shouldn’t happen.

Breakfast was wonderful. The breakfast staff was so friendly, nice and helpful! Our room was super clean and very updated. Perfect suite for our family of 6.

The only problem was the leak or condensation on the wall/floor. My husband placed his backpack on the floor and everything in it was wet the next morning. Had he known there was a condensation problem, he would have placed his backpack elsewhere. Thankfully, it did not affect our boarding documents for the cruise too much.

They were able to accommodate my late check in... Last minute booking at 9pm. Room was ready! Clean and spacious. Neat little studio made us joke of really being able to live in one. Small but very functional and efficient. Loved the shampoo/ conditioner ZERO/0 and so did my curls after a swim in chlorine. Which I must say was a very clean pool. Ample space outside to just lounge. We found out late but there are grills right by the pool. Breakfast was hearty - and if my husband got up on day 2 for breakfast it definitely had something to do with the breakfast street tacos. Can't forget room service. A gentleman was at my door with a bottle of conditioner after me calling the front desk less than 5 min previous. The freezer has an ice maker so you can continually get fresh ice instead of looking for the ice machine. This place in all is just great.

The staff at reception were first class. Jordan and May especially helpful and caring

The trash was never taken away unless we complained. New towels weren't provided as I expected each day either. The housekeeping was the greatest disappointment.

Quiet hotel, no noise from airplanes or other guests. Shuttle to and from airport very convenient and never had to wait very long. Breakfast was good and all facilities were clean

I love to decorate so the room colors and pictures were very basic and need some bright colors.

The service at this hotel was great, very good. The breakfast was good and the lady from the breakfast corner was very friendly. Thanks and Thumbs up for her! The room service was checking every 2 days if everything is ok. Staff very friendly! The location is very central of the shopping and food places. 24 hour free coffee, water and thee. And what completes the stay, is there complimentary food at Wednesday evening with free beer and wine.

Most of the main food is daily omelet and bacon, please add some other stuff like chicken or turkey as neutral. I do not eat pork and beef.

Very comfortable property with a large room

That food, wine and beer was provided on Wednesday evening when we stayed there, but no one told us at check in and there was no sign. We didn’t find out until we got back from spending $40 across at Coast Kitchen for food that wasn’t that great. Really made us angry. Staff said they forgot it was Wednesday

They upgraded my single king room to a double room, double king bed! Lol it was a huge space with 4 beds for 1 person and only one night! But if you're looking for that, try this place. They're wonderful. The beds were comfy, sheets clean, and really nice amenities.

The shower took a little while to warm up, and I did have a small roach in my room (not a problem, honestly could have come from anywhere which is why I handled it myself). The shower drain also took a little while to drain. Super small inconveniences, nothing major!
