The room was very comfortable. The Bed is soft with great pillows. Nice shower with good pressure, the towels are "scratchy" but I like that so it was fine. The breakfast was outstanding, even have an omelet bar! They also have a very nice FREE reception each evening with snacks and great drinks. Did not use the shuttle service but they will take you anywhere within 2 miles of the hotel, which is nice. There is a mall right across the street.

The pool is not heated, so could not use it. $18.00 per night to park. You can hear traffic from I275, but it is not horrible. And once in awhile a JET would fly by that was a loud roar. We ate at the restaurant 2 nights. The food is nothing to write home about, the menu is limited, it's convenient but would not eat there again.

Location good but did not eat breakfast

I booked a taxi for very early flight only to find that it was never actually booked and had to get reception to book another taxi but it showed up to the wrong Embassy suites....the wrong location as the person at the reservation failed to provide which location we were at. When I told her she did not seem bothered. I then got on the shuttle but was afraid I would miss my flight. The flight turned out to be 5 hours late!. Still I was very disappointed with the service for this and it did color my whole view of my stay.

The location was perfect. Just a few minutes away from Tampa Airport. Walmart & West Shore Shopping center is close by & there were tons of restaurants to visit nearby. Breakfast was great as well.

The price of the room was not as advertised. And the daily parking fee could be a bit cheaper in my opinion.

Loved the property and location. The breakfast was outstanding! The omelet chef was so skilled at creating the perfect omelet and managing the crush of hungry guests. Bartenders and restaurant staff fabulous. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The shuttle was a very convenient feature.

Some issues with bathroom sink drain ; broken electrical outletin kitchen so needed to move coffee pot to living area. Housekeeping staff appeared to be very new to job. We requested just towel replacement and trash pick up No trash bags or baskets in room for trash. Fortunately, i had brought some small trash bags .Language difficulties with staff… with them understanding supply requst for coffee; tissues and toilet paper.Should try to open bar before 4 pm . We arrived before.checkin and would have enjoyed a drink and a bite to eat at the hotel while waiting for our rooms

Breakfast was amazing. Rooms are spacious. Evening reception is always a nice touch. The staff is helpful and always welcoming. This is my second time at this property.

The fitness center can use some updates. The rate is a bit high in comparison to other hotels in the area. Not sure if that was just the case as we were traveling after Christmas. The rate was different from the time I booked to when I checked in. That was a bit surprising

loved the hotel staff so friends helpful the shuttle bus appreciate it alot drivers Mike and another guy great lots if fun the brekfast good to 3rd stay we be back again soon thankyu sue McLaughlin

the way they segregated the happy hour away from the way it use to be then to close the doors over so fast she couldn't wait to leave even the bar staff don't like it this way they loose out on there tips!!!!

I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel.

I didn’t like the fact that Shuttle service was offered and I was told the first day of my trip the shuttle was finished at 2pm that afternoon and I came in after 7:30pm. I also don’t think it’s fair that you charge your guests for parking it should be included for free especially when you spent the amount of money per night like I did. The food menu on the second floor needs like some rice and beans added most stuff was like fries, burgers that you mostly eat at a fast food restaurant.

Great breakfast buffet with a made to order omelet bar. The room was comfortable, would prefer an updated entertainment experience with app availability. Overall, a nice stay at a good price.

Not their fault but if you are on the Westshore facing side of the hotel, the traffic noise can be excessive. Balcony door was sealed as well. An elevator in the multi-level parking garage would have been a plus.

The breakfast was very good. Lots to choose from. Also a happy hour offered that we didn’t catch but also a nice offering. The suite style rooms with two TVs were great as we were traveling with two teens. Provided us lots of space.

We had trouble connecting to the WiFi and having a strong enough signal.

Paying for parking was an extra surprise that was not known to us - bummer. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, and the happy hour was a nice touch.

Not paying for parking would have been nice considering the price of the room.
