Just stayed over night, other than sleeping I only spent a few hours there. Water pressure was very good. I forgot a book when I left. I called about the book later, it was left at front desk for me to pick up. I forgot the woman's name who I checked in with, maybe a supervisor, she was very friendly and helpful to me during my short stay. She is a conscientious employee, you are fortunate to have her.

Room was large and comfortable with mini kitchen. Very quiet. Breakfast was okay, but everything was packaged like grab and go. Staff was amazing!

There was an odd smell when we entered the room, like either musty or bad cleaner, maybe carpet, couldn’t figure it out. After in room for a while it didn’t bother you. Otherwise, great stay.

I liked the location of the property and the staff were great!

What I didn’t like about the property was that it seemed run down when you entered. The floor showed water damage and there was a lingering smell of smoke that was out of place considering it was a non-smoking hotel.

The location and price was the reason that I selected this hotel, but the employees are the reason that I am giving it the highest rating (Maxine Phillips). She was busy but so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and ready early and she was happy to accommodate the early arrival. She took the time to walk outside to point out restaurants within walking distance. She even called the room to make sure everything was to our liking.

Best Extended Stay in the airport area. Comfortable and clean.

Extended stay hotels are a bit different from non kitchen hotel rooms. I would say this more for working people or men. At the price lit is ok

It was very clean and quiet, and all of the employees were very friendly, especially the girls who worked behind the counter. Checking you in, they were very helpful and made you feel comfortable.

Everything and honestly it could be less money.

Grab and go breakfast was coffee and packaged muffin or nutri type bar. We wanted an inexpensive place to stay so not to miss the cruise the next day. For the price it was fine. I'm not too picky.
