The location, the friendly staff and the gym. Breakfast is adequate.

The pillows are pretty flat. They gave me neck pains. I could barely turn my head without quite a bit of stiffness. I also wish house cleaning would clean my room every day.

I mainly stayed in this hotel because my flight got cancelled and I needed a hotel to stay overnight. One of the things helped me decide on it was the shuttle service provided by the hotel to the airport and also the breakfast. The front desk person helped me a lot lending his cell phone charger for a couple of hours because I had lost mine. He really put himself in my shoes. Great to see people like this nowadays. I also was able to use their printing services, which was included.

It is not just for this hotel, but I observed that here as well. The air condition devices need to be changed. They are still those old ones close to the window that make lot of noise. It is not critical, but I suggest changing that.

It was clean and a great location and the staff were super friendly. As soon as I stepped into the facility, I was greeted and the front desk attendant made sure that he treated me with respect and care. He pranked me and it was so funny and human that just based on his encounter only I would always stay at the property when I’m in Tampa. His customer service is exceptional and you can tell he loves what he does because he is a people’s person. I wish I remembered his name but he deserves some recognition because he is amazing.

Nice hotel, very welcoming staff. There is a pool and a fitness room which is well equipped, but small. Beds were comfortable, elevator worked properly and fast. The best thing was that is allowed to eat your own food by the pool, so it was really a pleasure and an affordable option to overnight in Tampa.

Breakfast was poor with a lot of artificial food and the same selection every day. Coffee maschines were empty by the afternoon without refilling (they told us that it is for the full day).

Room facilities are what i like the most; there’s ref, microwave, ironing set, hairdryer and basic toiletries. Bed’s comfortable with sofa bed too. Appreciate the staffs too, gave me a free pepsi (wink). Room’s clean with a closet,and the tv’s smart too so iwas able to watch netflix and check youtube after a long day. Got several choices for breakfast . Near the airport.

Not really “ didnt like “ , the place is bit distanced from downton although ride share’s easy to find.

Hotel was ok but one of the main reasons i choose this hotel it was the airport shuttle service so when I arrived there I was waiting and no shuttle arrived, I call the hotel for info and they just told me the shuttle doesn’t have the hotels name it could be green, white or black I mean how I supposed to know this they should advertised this info, I wait for 30 minutes and nobody arrived so I end up taking a uber.. of course the hotel just apologized but I mean I end up paying extra… breakfast very poor for what you pay…

I chose this hotel because of the reviews I saw here. The location is excellent. Close to major shopping malls, free parking, and spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean rooms.

My disappointment was with breakfast. There was no juice, no bacon, no cheese, no turkey breast, or ham. There were also no waffles or pancakes.

The property was beautiful and well-maintained. The pool area was phenomenal. We enjoyed it so much. The staff was very friendly. When we arrived, there was a power outage. They did their best to make us comfortable until the power came back on and they could check us into our room. They made suggestions for dinner and were helpful in arranging our transportation to the port the next day. Breakfast was hot and delicious.

I liked that it was clean and the hotel smelled nice. The breakfast was good with a good variety of both hot and cold items. The staff was friendly and available to help with anything you needed. Also they a have free parking, which is apparently becoming less standard.

I didn't have a table/desk in my room. Also they switch out the breakfast items daily. I had waffles on Saturday but couldn't on Sunday because they put the waffle makers away. I was so excited to have waffles again but they didn't have them. Please keep the waffles out everyday!

We checked in at around 10:00 Pm and were greeted and welcomed with smiley faces staff. We used their shuttle to get to airport at about 5: Am the next morning. We did not have breakfast. I believe they start breakfast at 7:00 Am. I recommend them as a courtesy and a great PR to provide a complimentary Coffee or and Pastry and/or donuts for Travellers who check out early in the morning. Making and serving a couple pots of coffees and pastry will go a long way. I believe breakfast was part of my deal but wouldn't provide it until 6:00 or 7:00 AM!!Overall a great place for travelers.
