Good location

The elevator was broken, their was a hair ball in the ac intake in the hallway . And in our ac vent in the bathroom there was a lot of dust. The one functional elevator ( 1 out of 3) was run by a single employee that responds to your floor by you pushing a ring video door bell. (Can’t make this up)Not what I expected for a Hilton brand hotel. The room was adequate but still below what I expected from a Hilton brand hotel

Lovely hotel. Room was perfect. everything was clean, comfortable, up to date, plenty of space. Lobby had a lot of seating options that were inviting and not just your plain Jane lobby furniture and ambiance. There was what I think was a skee ball game and also paddle ball game. Pool had places to sit that are covered under tiki roofs if you don’t want to be in the sun. Poolside had a giant chess game for kids or adults to play.

only one of three elevators were working on my morning of checkout. Waited for an elevator that I could get on. Elevator came twice in 15mins and was full both times. I had to walk my bag down 8 floors. thankfully didn’t have to walk it up. Self parking is $15/day which seems ridiculous for a non downtown hotel. I can understand restricting parking to guests but it is just a lot not a garage. Also one entrance gate is very poorly placed since you can’t make the turn and be close enough to the machine to scan your room card for entrance and have to get out of car to reach it.

Maaaaan! This property is beautiful, exceeded my expectations. I love the entrance of the hotel, the main entrance door automatically opens and instantly your greeted with beautiful art and sculptures it was giving luxurious for sure

Although our stay was great but if we had to complaint it would probably be the elevator, how hot it gets and the smell of it just not up to par.

The attitude from MIGUEL at the front desk. Couldn’t answer me a question and provided me nothing but attitude. When asking for his supervisor he replied “I’m the supervisor and the only one here”. Disgusting attitude from this individual. I rated the hotel 9 for this reason. Property manager and corporate should recognize a gentleman named KARL. This gentleman helped me with parking and treated me with respect. KARL thank you for making me smile after MIGUEL gave me attitude. 7 hours driving and the last thing I needed was for MIGUEL to give me attitude.

I booked this hotel without reading the reviews! After reading them, I was really skeptical about my experience over there, but took a leap of faith! here’s my review: This hotel is BEAUTIFUL, and I had one of the best experiences ever. We slept comfortably and even made the person I was with decide to change their bed! The room was really clean and well put together. The decor, the lobby, the bar, everything was exceptional. But what really made it for me, or who, is Juan at the front desk! Amazing guest service agent! Super welcoming, and he even remembered my name from a previous call I made. Thank you for this nice experience at The Alba, definitely will stay there again.

Everything was amazing the beds, the shower, the room itself was awesome. Extremely clean and affordable. The bartender Sam I think was his name was very helpful in guiding us on places to go in town. Highly recommend this hotel. :)

Only negative thing I can say is that we had to pay for parking and I do not agree with this but I understand it needs to be done.

I celebrated my 40th birthday while staying at Hotel Alba. Jesalyn helped make my birthday so special. When we arrived at the hotel, my room was decorated . Hotel alba is extremely lucky to have Jesalyn on their team.

I like how my room was all the way in the corner to my right . Like I had my own little apartment.

I like how they had their own person to work the elevator. That was new for me . Something you see in tv shows and movies

- very nice staff - very clean - very comfortable beds - proximity to TPA airport less than 10 mins by car)

- no breakfatst buffet available during the week, breakfast rather expensive (bf meals are rather small and starting at $11 each) - without car you can go almost nowhwere (a lot of busy roads around the hotel)

Easy to get in and out of. Parking is so close to door. Nice people working there. Comfortable.

There’s a bit of construction. But no interference with the stay
