Location was good. Halfway between cruise port and airport. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room and facilities great.

The staff were wonderful, Linda in the breakfast room and Sue behind the front desk stood out. The shuttle both from the airport and to the cruise port was friendly and courteous.

There was nothing to dislike that I experienced.

Overall, it was an awesome experience! I absolutely loved the breakfast time and the friendliness of the staff, especially Ms. Linda—she was fantastic! I truly appreciate how helpful and welcoming everyone was. My mother and I felt at home, and that made all the difference. The room was quaint but comfy, and while the bed was a bit hard (at least mine was), it was still comfortable enough for a restful stay. Above all, we felt safe and well taken care of, and that’s what matters most to us. I also want to mention that I really appreciate having membership with you. That’s such a huge bonus! That said, I did encounter a couple of cleanliness issues that I wanted to bring to your attention. However, they didn’t take away from the overall wonderful experience. I’m happy I made the right choice, and I would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable!

Overall, I did encounter a couple of cleanliness issues. Unfortunately, the toilet was not cleaned at all, which I only discovered in the morning. Additionally, there were a few used hand towels left behind, which was quite unpleasant. I was quite surprised by this and would appreciate greater attention to bathroom cleanliness in the future. Another concern was the carpet—it appears to need a thorough cleaning. I found it frustrating that after showering, the bottom of my feet would get dirty again within 20 minutes. I’d appreciate it if this could be looked into as well. I wanted to bring these matters to your attention so that similar situations can be prevented for future guests. I cannot say enough about all employees bus drivers linda breakfast lady front desk people maids older hotel it's spotless with all employees going out of there way to help everyone like it was there business.they pick people at airport get them all checked in in a timely matter when we came back from our cruise they picked us up at Port in the fastest time even though 3cruise ships came in at once they handled all that with organization and patient travel is difficult at 68 I have never stayed anywhere this wonderful it's all about there guests

Breakfast was excellent. The staff in charge kept everything fresh, even brought food to people who needed assistance and immediately cleared the area when people were finished eating. Our cruise was delayed and then canceled. the ladies at the front desk made sure everyone was comfortable all afternoon and then when it was canceled and all rooms were booked they made calls to make sure everyone had a place to stay. . One of our group is handicapped and they even went as far as calling guests on the delayed ship to find him a room so he would not have to go to another hotel. They turned what could have been a nightmare into an actual somewhat pleasant experience. Any future cruises out of Tampa will certainly include I stay here! There are also numerous restaurants and grocery stores all within a block or two which was very helpful for an unexpected 2-day stay.

The location and very convenience to shopping center! I forgot the driver name who pick my and friend and I up from the airport on Wednesday, July 16th (his name starts with a J, brown skin with braids) He’s very professional, polite, great driver and outstanding customer service. Also, when I went downstairs to the Customer Service desk at 7pm, I don’t remember the Young lady name, but she was very professional, polite, and outstanding Customer Service..

First of all the location is extremely convenient with easy access to the Tampa Int'l Airport as well as all sorts of shopping and food (some within walking distance.) Serving a in-house prepared hot breakfast (between 6:00-9:00 AM) is a great idea for early risers and business people. Rooms are equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine (with supplies) and cable TV with access to major pay channels. Technically one can shop from the Fresh Foods Market about 80 m from their rooms and dine in.

The shuttle service was great both from the airport and to the port. The young man at the front desk on duty the night of February 15 was fantastic. Our taxi didn't show up for a tour we had booked and he arranged an Uber for us so we were able to make it. The breakfast server was friendly and efficient and the food was good. The location of the hotel was walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Couldn't have been better.

We liked everything!

Breakfast was good, more than we expected - pastries and breads, yogurt, eggs, bacon, waffles. The room was comfortable, but dated. The shuttle to the cruise port was a good deal. Good location in walking distance of shops and restaurants. We also used the complimentary shuttle from the airport, although they never did answer us as to how to get the shuttle and someone at the airport had to inform us. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

The room seemed a little dirty, but that could be because they are in the midst of renovations. Could probably use more staff or more organization in the breakfast area on cruise days. The lone attendant was trying her best to keep up, but with so many people there it was a bit chaotic.
