Location! It was accessible to shopping and dining. Free parking. Area feels safe. Lots of couples and families. Lots of people walking their dogs. There is a new Aldi for groceries. This is a very basic hotel and is on older side. However. bathrooms were fine. There is even a kitchenette with full size fridge, oven/stove, microwave and sink. For the price room stay in Tampa, I would choose this again.

Very basic amenities. Room was small and was filled up by King bed.

The jet tub was great. The fireplace was a perfect romantic touch. It was a chilly night and the heating in the room was perfect. The room is small but had everything and served it's purpose for the money. Good parking space.

Better absorbent mats near the jet tub and shower to avoid any falls. The paper mats doesn't really serve it's purpose.

Location was less than a block from the main strip in SoHo so we were walking distance from a bunch of fabulous clubs and bars and restaurants! The hotel was small and had a historic feel to it. The room was small but offered awesome amenities for the price! Our room had a full kitchen with oven and 4-burner stove, a full size fridge and freezer, and separate counter with kitchen sink! It had a desk space with a large and lovely mirror in the bedroom, an electric fireplace and a large flatscreen smart tv! The bed was solid, quiet and comfy! Sheets were clean and the pillows and towels were super fluffy! Probably my favorite part, besides the awesome location, was the bathroom. The bathroom was SUPER clean with a huge mirror and the large glass paned shower had TWO shower heads!! Also bonus the bathroom and bedroom have lovely natural lighting.

Entry was a little bit escape-room style with a series of door codes and keys inside lock boxes to get into the building/room. That was a little strange/challenging but overall gives the convenience of flexible checkin/checkout. The hotel itself was clean but obviously a little dated and the comforter could have used some tlc as it had some holes in the underside but the sheets were super clean! The water in the shower was a little hard to control, it seemed both directions of turning the knob was making it hotter. No blackout curtains in the bedroom and the door to the bathroom was one of those vented paneled doors so like... that's a little more open than i would prefer if you catch my drift😂

The outside had me a little worried when we pulled in. But don't judge a book by its cover. The inside was very nice. A little smaller than expected but overall a very nice experience.

Smaller than the pictures led you to believe and need vending machines or ice machine

Everything about MY experience here.... extraordinary. I'm a single father. It was just my son and I. Location bed shower(overhead and the handheld. Beautifully done) kitchen(1st time making coffee since I was 15. 26 nw). Wanted to work there and in the area just to stay longer tbh. But overall wonderful.

Great location if you want to be in Hyde Park. Hotel is quite ordinary and just a little bit rundown. There is no person there but they text you accurate check in instructions with the door codes and how to get the key to your room. You cannot take the key with you. It is chained inside a little lock box you have to open and close every time you come and go. Room was quiet, and I felt safe, and the air conditioning worked, and there was a full little kitchen. It was just all I needed.

View outside my window was pretty despairing. It looked out on a construction lot with a discarded toilet and a porta potty.

Location, very close to the iconic Bern's Steakhouse, and many nice little specialty restaurants. The place was clean and comfortable.

The combo lock system was a little quirky, but it was no big deal.

This hotel takes me back to when I was a child. Floors are REAL hardwood.... It is an old building, very quaint, with modern upgrades. It is quiet, bed is comfortable....you are able to walk around to restaurants, coffee houses and grocer. The rooms have a small kitchenette with a full size refrigerator/ freezer. The price is good, especially with free parking on site! Every hotel I've been to near the hospital charges $25 (minimum) daily to park. Manager is onsite if he is needed. Room is clean, small bars of soap in brm, soap(liquid) is in a dispenser in shower. ( I always bring my own anyway!) Kitchen has dishsoap and sponge scrubber, paper towels.

Locking system for rooms. It would be better to upgrade to an electronic lock/ keypad. The method of entry/ unlocking/locking is archaic....probably circa 1945......lol

It was close to allot of attractions… it had a kick butt hot tub in the room!!!!

The a/c was weak. The bed was a new gel type… grest for some people not for me.. No staff everything was on auto pilot.

I loved our stay! The room was so cozy, the bathroom was beautiful, and the smart TV made it so easy to listen to music and watch movies! We were only able to stay for one night, as we came into town for an event…but I would have loved to extend my stay if we had more time! The location was perfect and it was walking distance from a grocery store that made it easy to get snacks for the room.

This was mostly user error, but we did not figure out how to use the air conditioner at first. When we got everything adjusted, however it was perfect!
