Room was spacious and well-appointed. Not sure you would describe the view as stunning but it was interesting looking over the front of the building and towards the venue we were attending. As we could see the venue you could say the location was ideal for us. Valet-parking was ultra-convenient and not hideously priced when you're used to daily Disney and Universal self-parking. Even bar prices weren't terrible for a top quality hotel!

There are no "normal" food options here, everything is "up scale" and required a reservation. Don't get me wrong, the food was great, but $36.00 for a fish dinner is a bit much even if it was Red Fish. But a Normal Chain restaurant would be nice too. Oh, and valet parking lost our car, but they took a night of parking off our bill for the trouble ( again, the manager was Fantastic helping us)

Great location to convention center, and good places to eat.

Buffet service, some staff during buffet service in the morning completely ignored us. The sausage links were iffy, and some flavor profiles of the jams and hot sauce can be different. The food is hot at the service buffet but once you sit down, it cools down very fast, so some options that are great hot, may not taste so good once cooled.

We loved the location, we were there to attend a lightning game. The location was perfect for that. We also loved walking around and looking at all the boats. I also like to run, I felt safe by myself and enjoyed the scenery. There were many people running and a beautiful trail to follow

The beds were a bit hard and the room gets really hot at night, no matter how low you turn the ac down, even my teenage boys complained.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was upgraded upon arrival. Very quiet room. The beds are always outstanding. Robes furnished. Location was on the riverwalk and within walking distance to Amelie arena and all the great night life of Tampa Bay.

I had booked on booking.com and got charged again on my 'incidentals' card. It was taken care of in a timely matter, but getting to the right person, via phone, was not easy. As with any hotel - the parking is a racket.

I was there post hurricane Milton. The staff was extremely accommodating during a very stressful situation.

I did stay in a pet friendly room however after hurricane Helene, I stayed at the Westin the room. There was much nicer than the Marriott. The room was pet friendly and did have carpet. The room at the Marriott was an old vinyl flooring felt very cold, especially for the price I paid through Booking.com .

One of the best Marriotts you can stay! Beautiful uprgraded facility and rooms are comfortable and clean. Modern asthetic with fabulous entertainment and social environment location is spectacular and worth every penny the finest Tampa can offer is right here

Receptionist had bad attitude It seems from their experience that they have to treat clients as if the don’t pay or behave bad. They now charge a $75 for causalities per night that will be billed back some day plus a $30 extras per day for obligatory consumption. Maybe it’s a pos pandemic modality, but as international visit it seems quite abusive.

Bed was comfortable, pillows were lacking. Not enough support.

Not a big deal, but tried to order food after coming back from a comedy show down the road. The bartenders ignored me for 10 minutes until it was 11:01 and then said kitchen was closed. That was done on purpose and it’s terrible customer service.

View, and location of the hotel

I had a reservation that i did on priceline and paid with Affirm. But the day we checked out, my reservation wasn't charged to affirm as i reserve it but was charged on the credit card that i give for warranty. That was very awfull because change our plans. And even that i returned to the front desk to ask how they charged the reservation, they said that they just charged to my warranty credit card the parking, and instead of that was charged the whole reservation. Very bad if the front desk staff lie to you.
