Mickey at the Front Desk was great when we checked in - she got us set up with a scheduled shuttle to the Cruise Port. Allie at the Front Desk in the morning was awesome, she was so funny & cute. She held our bags after checkout so we could run to the store & she just had amazing energy. Miguel, our Cruise Port shuttle driver was Saint Miguel - he was so informative, helpful, & sweet and had quite an impact in just the five minute drive it took to get to the port.

The room was just not very clean. It had a musty BO smell upon entering, a red sticky substance dripped on the desk that obviously wasn’t wiped, and a stain on the bed. The tub had a bunch of black stains/chips in it. Once you see these things, you can pretty much guarantee that nothing was cleaned properly and you always feel the ick during your stay.

The staff were very nice and polite. The pool was great. The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts we had in Florida. We were able to use the laundry services.

The parking is paid extra and it’s quite expensive. Google maps is not leading to the entrance of the hotel, instead there is a sign explaining how to get to the actual entrance. It would be great to fix this. Multiple people (including us) were wondering where exactly to go with the elevator because the e reception is on 1, the garage is on LL but the star is also on LL so it was a bit confusing compared to other hotels, but this is more of a suggestion that an actual issue as everyone can figure it out after the first time.

The hotel is very clean from the lobby to the room. The room looked very updated, clean, and quiet. Didn't hear any street noise or people in the other rooms. The bathroom was spotless with plenty of towels. It's located one block from the beginning of Ybor City's entertainment/nightlife area (7th Ave). The free breakfast options was amazing. There were 5 food stations: Omelet, Cereal, Bread, Waffle, and Drink

Even though there's a parking structure attached to the hotel, I was charged $22 self parking for the one night I stayed. I don''t know if the $22 charge would be for a guest's entire length of the stay, or per night, as I only stayed one night.

Comfortable beds, quiet/not noisy, close to attractions in Ybor City/walkable; great breakfast in the morning that was included in the room charge (eggs, bacon, potatoes, variety of breads and pastry, waffle station etc). Parking was extra, $22. Friendly and accommodating staff. Pool and fitness center, but I did not use either. There is also a small shop adjacent to the front desk that sells a variety of convenience items including beer and wine, sandwiches and salads, etc. There is aslo a free coffee and tea station by the front desk - no need to walk to starbucks. There is also a pool and fitness center but I did not use either - they looked great though. I would absolutely stay here again.

parking lot and garage is tight - I had rented a big SUV and working my way through the garage was somewhat of a challenge but not a big deal.

The location was overall good and served the purpose I needed for the trip.

The layout of the hotel is off with no direct route from lobby front desk to the main street. You either have to go from parking garage behind the building or use a locked door on side trough dining area . There is only a set of set of elevators so you may be waiting a couple of minutes for the elevator. Also can get pretty noisy at night with the people partying in the area.

The staff was wonderful, both at check in and check out we were greeted warmly and they patiently answered all our questions. The room and bathroom were both very clean, and I thought on the weekend this area might get a little loud, but it was peaceful all night. Perfect for our quick little trip!

Parking was a little tight in the garage, and one elevator was down which definitely slowed stuff down a lot. But there was someone there working on the elevator the next day after it broke, so they were quick to solve the problem.

The location was fabulous. I was working downtown and could get there in 15 minutes via the free streetcar. The station is footsteps from the hotel and it has stops at the major destinations in downtown Tampa. I also was very happy that it was a quiet property. Ybor City is a party place, but I could not hear a thing in my room. I needed lots of sleep to be energized for giving a keynote speech. This property provided it. The price point was great too. Well under $200 fully loaded. That was half the price I would have paid to stay downtown. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful as usual. The pool was a fun added bonus. I'm not a big hotel pool guy, but it was great to unwind in it.

Paying for parking. It's not a big deal, but being 15 minutes from the core city, and having a large parking deck, I think Hampton could offer free parking, not $22 per night plus tax.

I definitely would come back again. The room was very comfortable, clean and very quiet. Most of the staff members were very polite and very sweet. A Great location, right across the street from the trolley and Everything was close by. Plus I Loved the Free range Chickens🥰

The only thing I have to complain was that one of the elevators stopped working during my stay and the breakfast was a little bland, but overall great stay.

Staff was lovely, breakfast good, lobby very spacious. Location great.

Pool was not open due to hurricane; we chose this hotel with a pool because our beach vacation was cancelled due to the hurricane. Staff simply said pool is closed and it’s up to the state of fl to approve the opening of it. Should have offered us a discount bc we wouldn’t have picked a hotel without a pool. It was 90 degrees every day, and no pool. 🫤

The staff was friendly, the building, facilities and rooms were clean and modern. I loved the shower doors. It's located within wleasy walking distance of the main streets of Ybor, so once you park at the hotel, no need to drive anywhere.

$18 a night for parking. Also, the hotel is next to the trolley station, amd they are constantly coming and going. If you get a room that's facing the station, the noise can be disruptive.
