The property was great , the area was ok !! But the staff was extremely great !! Tina Louise was the absolute sweetest !! I explained to her the experience I had with a Residence Inn in Orlando Seaworld , and she was very helpful and sweet .

Our bathroom could have been cleaner , the sink area had blood on the wall , and the door frame was dirty needed to be wiped down . Our fireplace was broken in need of repair ( we didn’t need to use it but the looks of it would have been nice to have it repaired . But over all we like the place ..we’d stay again just a different room ..

The staff there was very accommodating. We didn't like the first room that they chose for us so they moved us to another room on a higher floor. We told them we were planning on going to the aquarium and they gave us a coupon to use at the aquarium at a discount which was very helpful.

I was not crazy about the buffet breakfast. It was not hot by the time I got downstairs to eat breakfast and there was no microwave there to heat it up. We had to take the food up to our room to heat it up in in the microwave. I was disappointed that they didn't have a waffle maker to make your own waffles.

The location was great! The staff was extremely friendly and so accommodating.

Parking was not the best. Parking garage located direct across the street from hotel. It is shared with a nearby hotel and the parking spaces are very small. There is a lot located diagonally from hotel with complimentary parking you have to walk a distance.

Staff is available and helpful for any questions. They are at front desk ready to greet and assist in anything possible.

Rooms were updated but the bathrooms did not get an update.

Everything was clean 🧼 and it smells good the bed was comfy the room was good and breakfast I love everything thank you for everything..

the parking…could be better. I had an issue where I had to park in the back up lot for $30 although I got credit for it.

I would say the location, great spot so you are very close to parks, museums etc..The staff members were very friendly and helpful.
