This hotel is a perfect location for an event at the Convention Center. It was clean and comfortable. They had our room ready super early, which we appreciated. The room was huge. Breakfast was good and the staff was very nice and friendly. Parking is very expensive. It's.valet only, or you can self park at anearby garage. While overall is was a nice hotel, there were two issues that were disappointing. The first is the noise level all night long. We were on the 19th floor, and I could still hear traffic, and there was some sort of random beeping, like a truck backing up, that was non-stop, even in the middle of the night. The last thing I wanted to comment about is the quality and value for the money. It's not there. The hotel is nice, but I didn't feel like it was worth the money. The only value I received was being able to literally walk to my spot.

Location was fantastic. Walk to the waterfront and the convention center. Valet was very helpful. Front desk was courteous, however, it would be nice if potential guest were informed of the “hidden charges” ie Amenity charges PER NIGHT! I came prepared to pay for the room with my card, was told it would be another $200. I was not happy but wanted to pay with cash. Nope! No cash allowed! What is this country coming to when cold hard cash is unacceptable? Still on the fence about future stays with Hilton. Oh another thing. We had no garbage can in the bathroom, 1 hand towel, 2 towels and 3 washcloths. There were 3 adults staying in the room. We had to go down to the lobby to get the towels, no one ever came up. I realize it was a very busy time for the hotel, but I expected much better for the name and the price. Sincerely, Edna Blocher

Property was beautiful and we loved the guest welcome and the breakfast choices. The food was very good and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. The second was a zoo and we couldn’t even get to the bar for the line. But again, there were many people. Anticipation for the crowds should have dictated more help at least on Sat night.

The location and proximity to the Restaurants and other food establishments. Very nice and clean. Offers a wonderful breakfast with great options. Catching the free trolley was a nice option if you don’t want to walk. And being right by the convention center was a plus. I love that there is a restaurant in the hotel and the food was great!

Housekeeping was a little slow getting to some of the rooms.

The staff was incredible, view was amazing, comfy beds, the free happy hour was great /loud but great, pool had great view

The hidden fees were practically double the price of the room since we had 2 cars. None of the food we order at bar was taken off the bill for the credit…only like $12 from Starbucks was. Valet price was ridiculous. And took about 45 min to get our car. Phone at pool didn’t work, so we had to completely dry off to go get food to bring back to pool. The adjoining room door was in the oddest place and kept closing on us /annoying!

I had duck feather stuffed pillows. I have an allergy to that. I was able get a hold of the front desk to the lobby. So I had to come down. The gentleman gave me two pillows that he thought were hypoallergenic. When I got back to my room, I checked and they were not. So I moved all 6 pillows to the entrance and slept on a towel as a pillow the first night. The pillows were resolved the next morning when I texted.

The breakfast was amazing each morning with lots to choose from. The manager special had great drinks in the evening. The honey siracha wings at the restaurant were pretty good. staff friendly. pool was awesome wish their was a hot tub too.

The staff wasn't that great answering some questions on directions to stores when walking or recommendation for dinner. Their responses were almost like they didn't live their if that nmakes sense. Just a printed paper with mostly top dollar restaurants.

Everything at the Embassy Suites was great; the room was so much bigger than expected, and the bed was so comfortable. I was expecting just a continental breakfast, but they had the best omelets were the best ever, every day I woke up looking forward to eating breakfast. The location was great, it was walking distance to the Amelia Arena and to the Columbia Cafe at the Bay History Center that have the best Cuban food.

There isn't anything I can say I didn't like about my stay.

Facilities were clean. Breakfast n evening reception was great. Beds were super comfortable and had lots of very comfortable pillows.

Staff constantly interrupted us while having breakfast about Hilton honors and something they were trying to tell us about. They were a bit pushy and didn't consider the fact that we were actively consuming our meal. I was a bit irritated by this. Also thought that $4.00 price tag on a small bottle of water in the room was a bit much

The suites were perfect. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and happy hour.

It was hard to find tables at the breakfast and happy hour. Also, there was a large group of guests at the happy hour who played very loud music on a radio they brought along. It was hard for our family to communicate with each other over the music. No one from management asked them to turn off or turn down their music.

There was a trolley right in front of the hotel that was able to take you all the way to ybor city within about 20 mins. Also other stops that were great locations. Don’t have to worry about ordering an uber to get to another part of town if it has a stop you want to explore.

Only thing that wasn’t a huge deal was the pillows. They didn’t have enough fluff to them.
