The location is excellent. It is easy to access Central Ave and all the bars and restaurants. The pool area is very nice and relaxing. There is a bus stop right out front, which is very convenient. Salem's Fresh Eats which has excellent fresh food is adjacent to the hotel and a fantastic restaurant across the street Kissin Cousins.

The only problem I had was that my keycard had to be reset every time I wanted to use it.

I was a little worried after some of the reviews but they were obviously disgruntled for other reasons. My 9 year old and I stayed and our room was clean, no creepy crawlies, the pool was great and everything was lit up outside which made us feel extra safe. It's not the Marriott but if you need a decent place to sleep on a budget i would recommend trying them!

I love D and Amanda!! They are amazing and very very nice. They always accommodate my needs when I stay there. They are the reason I keep going back. The other staff is friendly as well.

The only thing I had a problem with the last time was how noisy the people were above me. I had to work the next morning and they were loud all night long.

The front desk associate Amanda was absolutely amazing!!! She was super sweet and very helpful. The rates were reasonable and the pool looks so inviting. And housekeeping was really kind as well ànd helpful.

The drapes were kind of a pain but once I figured out how to rearrange them,they were ok.

very conveniently located near all the things that I was interested in the lady at the front desk was very nice even though I was very rude to her and she didn’t let it get to her and I really appreciate her kindness and you’re not a Karen

it was an older property, but no I it’s a budget in weeks ago to be the Taj Mahal her know it was fine with the property. I really didn’t pay anything about it and it was clean and like some of the other cheaper hotels.

look I was stranded in the hurricane my house was condemned they made me feel safe that made me feel loved and understanding of the shock and horror that I just went through thank you

The people were friendly the room was clean it was everything expected I did not eat breakfast don't know if there was one offered

There's nothing I do not like about this place other than some of the guests that end up showing up here and there they leave this place is awesome I would stay here forever if I could

The staff the first night was great , the pool and room was clean .

The lady the last night we stayed was extremely rude , blamed us for her not doing her job and we got locked out of our room when the room key would not open the door she was nowhere to be found and when she showed up was extremely rude and acted like we were inconvenience to her .

The receptionist, Chelsea, at the front desk was exceptionally nice, accomodating, and helpful. The next morning, the clerk was just as pleasant. The location of the place was on a main strip with everything from dunkin donuts almost next door, and a good restaurant across the side street, to a 7-11 for ice and beverages just a block or so away. Very convenient!

Parking was a little tight, but manageable. No complaints about the room which was very basic--no frills--but clean. Few amenities but the best price around.
