Great staff, easy and stress free.

Bathroom was clean , showers were great. But the floor in the bathroom seemed to be a bit sticky, not necessarily bad it could just be from the chemicals used when cleaning, some leave a residue and becomes tacky feeling if not rinsed. The hotel was nice and clean over all, all though the carpets do need to be changed or possibly tile would be a great upgrade in the hallways. Some noticable stains on hallways carpet. Not a big deal though rooms were great.

The staff was really courteous, attentive, and helpful. The cleaning crew you can tell they clean the hotel like they were to clean their own home. It smells amazing. Though I brought my own sheets and towels for my week stay they were at my door checking if I needed anything.

In the early morning the hotel was muggy and the room was hot. I was waking up sweating and though I said something about it the problem doesn’t happen during the day just at night which I found really weird

Staff were very polite and helpful. Food was great for breakfast.

Coffee machine in the room are not that good, Nespresso would have been better, The cash machine charges 4$ for transaction. No gym facilities. By the way all these are just extra luxuries and not needed. But would be nicer to have these in future.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. All staff were friendly and professional. Continental breakfast was nice, kitchen made sure everything was full.

This hotel for me is in a kinda creepy area. I did not like the fact that the parking area in the back of the building was very dark.

Clean, comfortable, great hot breakfast. Even though it was crowded due to a soccer tournament, it was not noisy at all. Much better price than other options in the area. Only a 5 minute drive to Hillsborough County Sports Complex. The best value for my money.

Older facilities, but is in the process of renovations. I stayed during Hurricane Milton. The Staff and the General Manager went above and beyond to make sure all guests felt safe and comfortable.

You could warn people about a pet deposit you charge when your advertising says pets stay free. I got hit with a 100 pet fee for 2 days on my 7lb yorkie... I won't be staying there nor anyone in my circle.

The cleanliness, the staff on all shifts were very very professional, courteous and all around nice! The Christmas decoration were lovely, it felt homey with the dining room decorated, great job!

Hi I would like to express my gratitude to the staff they made our stay very comfortable. I would like to espthank Manager Micheal for going above and beyond to accommodate a misunderstanding with CLC it was corrected and Mari for keeping our room exceptionally.clean and sanitized and being so loving and kind to my poodle. Thank you!

The doors need locks to accommodate the passes and after 10pm all guests should enter through the front lobby for safety.
