I can’t say enough about this property and the staff. The hotel was bright, modern, clearly taken care of, and clean. The hot breakfast is very nice as is the coffee service. The pool and hot tub were great. The room was very comfortable. The very best part about the hotel however, were the staff. Everyone seemed happy to be there. They were kind to guests and one another, helpful, and professional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It could easily compete with much more expensive/prestigious hotels.

Room was spacious and the king bed was great. There was plenty of parking and the breakfast was reasonably good. The staff was always friendly and helpful both at the front desk, the breakfast attendant and the room cleaning staff.

Two minor issues: there was only black Lipton plain tea. There was no caffeine free tea or green tea or tea with flavors. Also the toilet was very low. It was difficult for an elderly person to sit or even more difficult, to get up without even the aid of a bar.

Large room, heat worked great, spotless bathroom. very comfortable bed, refrig and microwave big plus.

The elevator worked well but physically was not up to the standards of the rest of the facility; broken paneling, wornout out buttons, and never cleaned over my 3 day stay (same rubbish on the floor). Room was not cleaned after the first day. Front desk blamed it on short staff for the Holidays. Bathroom ammenities were skimpy. Complimentary breakfast had limited choices but the coffee was great.

The room was clean and well-kept. The breakfast options were good, but the juice cups were small. I understand that, but wish they were larger. Access to the facilities was good and manageable. Staff were friendly, and ready to help at a moment's notice.

No bathroom fan to remove/control steam from the shower, and especially during the heat wave the area had, that's hard to deal with. There was space underneath the bathtub where bugs could crawl and I had several instances where small bugs would crawl out from under the tub, so I think resealing the tub edges or something to that effect would be most helpful.

Check in was easy, the front desk clerk was pleasant and assisted with changing my room with no hesitation. Clearly the rooms have been upgraded and they are a nice size. The room layout is nice snd spacious as well.

The elevator definitely needs some TLC. Stepping into the elevator for the first time after checking in definitely made be question my decision to stay at the location. Thankfully the rooms didn't have the same appearance as the elevator. The telephone in the room didn't work and the bathtub needed some extra scrubbing or be replaced.

From the moment I walked in to the time I checked out, EVERYONE was so friendly and welcoming.. My room was spotless. I waa impressed that the staff greeted each other with a smile. The entire staff deserves a raise. I would not hesitate to give this hotel 5 stars. I will certainly book this hotel on my next visit to Brandon in Florida.

Rude people trying to barge into the elevator before I got out. Human behavior is not something you can do anything about.

We liked the staff very friendly, the location was good, the rooms were very clean .

We had ask at reservation time for a 1st floor room next to an access door since we had a large dog. We were told in an email by La Quinta that would not be a problem . When we arrived they told us our room was on the 2nd floor and in the middle. We dealt with it, but if it is confirmed it will be done then our room should have been waiting for us.

Comfortable riom

AC was dusty. There were no snack machines and the prices of snacks sold at the desk were outrageous. One of the staff cleaning the rooms was constantly on her phone with the speaker on. She was also blocking our door and we had to move her cart to get in. She was very unprofessional and not working on her rooms. She stayed in two different rooms for 30+ minutes each.

Britney was very friendly when I checked in and answered all my questions with it being our first time to that area and attending a concert near by I had a few questions such as where’s a good place to eat and how far away was the concert. I went with this hotel because they are one of few that doesn’t charge for support animals in fact I don’t think they charge if you have a pet only if the pet does damage and I wasn’t expecting it to be as nice as it was but it was amazing already planning our next trip to the area and plan on staying there every time I visit the area

This hotel was clean, clean clean !! by the way did I say it was clean? The staff was very helpful and friendly. And for hurricane refugees like us, the air conditioning was fabulous ! We were three adults and three pets. Even our pets were happy!! the beds were very comfortable! Highly recommend the king suite! Enough room, so you’re not on top of each other overall this was an excellent experience
