I really like this staff person miss Yvonne, I'm a person with a disability ,And she went above and beyond her duties To making sure I was taking care of and refuse to take a tip. She carried my arms juice up to my room for me for breakfast.She even helped me to my car with luggage, And refuse to take a trip. She's a great commodity to your business. She wasn't at the front desk.She was kind of like a floorl person Fixing the coffee stocking breakfast etc. But a great person.

The ice machine wasn't working on three floors, And the musky smell of the room, Carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Exhaust vent in the bathroom was making a hissing noise. It seem like the house exhaust fan (toilet exhaust) is moving too much air causing the guest room exhaust vent, in the ceiling of our bathroom, to make air flow noise when the fan in the bathroom is off. We found that by closing the bathroom door with the fan on. I suggest you have you maintenance department install a ststic pressure sensor on the duct to throttle the toilet exhaust fan to slow down. this will result in lower energy costs. Just a thought.

Location was short for all the parks we visited with the Tampa City Pass. Springhill Suites was exactly what the online 8.5 review said it would be. It was pet friendly enjoyed by my Grand pup Kai. The staff (Yvonne and Cherry) were very nice, the free continental breakfast was hot, plenty and delicious. The room was clean, and the kitchenette was perfect. Thank you. We are definitely going back.

The staff was wonderful from the very beginning. They gave us an early check-in and honored our request for a first-floor room. The breakfast was very good better than a lot of other places we have stayed. The staff there was also very good. Feel there should be a tip jar for the workers here. They keep the place clean and filled at all times. Infact we tipped them on our own.

The toilet paper holder is so far from the toilet on the opposite side ( hard for a senior ) should be moved. Also, no hook on the back of the door to put a robe or towel. Did not see coffee or tea in the lobby ( but, I could be wrong about this Why don't motel hotels provide shower caps?

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The grounds were clean amd well lit. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds and pillows were comfy cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We went to a concert at the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa and chose to spend the night at your wonderful hotel. The only suggestion I would make is to please add a handicap ramp at the back of the property . We arrived back at the hotel at 1:09am. Two elderly disabled ladies. We were lucky to find one parking space in the very back of the parking lot. We had to go around the entire property at the wee hours of the night to get the wheelchairs inside. There is a little ramp by the pool already paved. All that needs to be completed is the curb be leveled in the parking lot making the back door accessible to handicapped people. I really hope this will be a priority for this property to fix. Other than that very important safety issue it was a fantastic stay. If the handicap ramp gets added to the back parking lot we will be back to stay many more times. If not it was a pleasure this time.

Please put a jamdicap ramp at the back of the property by the pool. It is difficult to have to go around the entire building at 1:09 am because there is no handicap access through the back door. The paver is already there. You just need to level the curb in the parking lot. Please make this a priority we really would like to frequent your hotel again many times. Thank you for your time.

Good location and wonderful staff, especially Yvonne who was the hostess and greeter for breakfast. Roomy and comfortable suite style room with refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine.

It was under construction so a little dirty in hallways and no amenities like food/drink besides breakfast but the lower rate made up for inconveniences.

Convenient to I-4 and I-75. Perfect location for where we needed to be. Shopping and restaurants nearby and easy to get to. Rooms are outdated but large and clean (reno in July I think I overheard). Great breakfast. Always fresh foods (several hot selections), hot an fresh coffee, the attendants were awesome, especially Yvonne. She was a true gem and made our week long stay special. Housekeeping team on top of things, public spaces kept clean. Pool was clean but freezing. Parking good with bright lights. Front desk team friendly.

Hot tub could have been warmer. Full size beds in the room were too small even for our 'small' family so hopefully the upcoming reno will address.

I liked the breakfast every morning, the staff was wonderful and the parking was great. The room was bigger then i was expected.

There was some cleaning that could have been better, and the two elevators should have been working since it was a holiday weekend.

close to everything , clean rooms

1. the hot tub & pool area could of been better maintained at off times. Particularly the hot tub since so many people were utilizing it & eating around & in it( kids mostly) 2. Have more of a variety for breakfast rather than the same ‘ole everyday.. you can eat so mansugary waffles 🧇. Plain waffles would of been nice option ti have…. Had to go across the street to Waffle House just to get a plain waffle,lol.

The breakfast was extraordinary--eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles with or without chocolate chips, fruit, all kinds of cereal, oatmeal, pastries, about 10 toppings for oats or cereal, almond milk, juices, and good coffee. Bed was super-comfortable. Room was very, very clean and spacious. Check in and out was easy. The hotel was easy to get to. I always feel safer with indoor hallways so that was a plus.

Even though room was super-clean, I killed two ants on the bedside table and one roach in the bathroom.
