Location near Mid Florida Amphitheater a mile away, was one reason we chose the hotel. Breakfast was delicious, served when we requested. Non smoking area nice concept. Staff EVERYWHERE were pleasant, helpful and the epitome of customer service.

Balcony was useless without chairs to sit out there to enjoy the purpose of having a balcony. Reminder that not everyone is tech savvy. I understand that to provide print, and maintain a notebook of opening/closing times, map of facility is expensive, but for those who are physically /tech challenged, they should, when requesting, be provided for the room, a map, lists of restaurants, locations and hours of operation.

We ate at your buffet for dinner! There was a large selection to choose from! Everything we had, tasted wonderful! All of the food we had was hot. Our service person was very attentive and polite.

The valet set up was weird. Usually valet is for convince but when you leave you have to walk across this large entrance way to get someone to retrieve your vehicle. Not convenient for people with handicaps! Usually valet is set up by the entrance for you to drop off your vehicle as well as to pick up your vehicle.

The rock n roll history; all the cool quotes on the walls! Everything was amazing to look at. The hotel room was very nice & plush!

Too much smoking allowed. slots were very slow to pay. Having to pay for drinks EVERYWHERE but HIGH roller rooms!

Clean, great casino, some good restaurants but the bars were hard to get a drink at sometimes due to how busy the casino was

Had a bad experience in the Hard Rock Cafe where there was hair in my wife’s salad, they took it off the bill but didn’t offer a further discount which I believe they should have. Also they had garden cleaners using blow machines next to the pool at 8am which woke me up, I complained about this and Karl the manager on the front desk gave a credit against my bill to compensate which was appreciated

there are lots of casino machines & places to play, the restaurant was decently priced with good food & excellent staff. the main focus is the casino therefore the pool is an afterthought. not a problem for us

the valet parking situation is weird. you have to walk over to the valet office to get your car. not really the point of valet in my opinion

The staff is professional from the valet to the cleaning staff. Everyone is friendly and great at their jobs from my perspective. One of my favorites that stood out the most was a bellman named Luke. He went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I will ask for him every time I stay and hopefully will get him.

The location was perfect for our Busch Gardens trip and we had all we needed in the evenings at the hotel! The food was excellent at the cafe, and also the sweets place, I can’t remember the name was sooo good! The casino paid out well compared to others we’ve been through so that was a huge plus also! The pool was spacious and great, and super convenient to our room!

The only thing I can say I didnt like about the property was the food choices next to the pool! Wished they had better choices of food right there close…

Check in claimed that we booked our stay under booking .com whichi did not I booked thru Hard Rock Casino. I was also through you info that we could get discount through our AARP. Your info on your website is misleading..We went to celebrate 30 year anniversay.

Hello, I just wanted to tell you that all the petrol was stolen from our vehicle overnight in the first parking garage on level two. We have a rental car, a wine-red Dodge Durango. Perhaps you can see something like this on camera. You can't be happy that your guests have to deal with such inconveniences. Best wishes, Sascha Kern

I like the inclusiveness of the hotel itself with the Casino being part of it but you dont HAVE to go to it. My husband and I don't gamble much. We enjoyed the pool and the "history" paired with people watching to entertain ourselves and it did not disappoint. Also, the food, (minus the casino food court) was always PHENOMENAL. The room service, and both sit downs we did were amazing and well worth the $$

Really other than booking a nonsmoking room, but getting "smoking". Which didn't bug me, couldn't tell in the room. Until we got neighbors and it smelled like they were just chain smoking through the connected doors the moment they woke up. Maybe better access to larger quantities of beers/seltzers? I'm having to search for things to fix, so with that being said. Over all, good.
