Front Desk Persons are Exceptional in Customer Care, The Friendliest Front Desk Persons I've come in contact with since before COVID,. When entering facility it smelled clean and fresh. I was greeted warm and Friendly, professional by Cedric who was on duty at My time of Check-In. I elected to stay another night and the Young Lady on duty was Professional, Beaufiful Energy and accomodating to My needs. I truly appreciate this staff. The room waa so very roomy and big and clean and bed comfotable, felt like home. Beautiful lamdscape. .nice open area outside to ground, do yoga, just relax in the Sun. Nice pool area, and lets not forget waffles, bagels, cereal, fruit, coffee, tea, juice for breakfast🙂

The morning staff , the ladies on the desk were fantastic ! Went out of there way to be very helpful and friendly when we arrived earily off the cruise ship! The gentalman in the afternoon wasn't helpful couldn' t seem to be bothered to help when my phone was dying and stranded at the Brandon Mall ! Had called to see if he could try and find a taxi for us as we weren't having any luck getting one and it was raining out! Once we managed to finally get back 3hrs later he didn't even greet us!

The area the place is in! If you don't have a car it cost alot to get around! Plus it's in a poor Neighborhood!

Facility was very clean and nice. Location was hard to find and reach. Once we got there once had no issues. Breakfast was sparse the first couple of days and then they received a food order, and items were added. Would be nice if they offered boiled eggs for people with Gluten allergies. We ate the fruit, and yogurt once available, coffee and juice. My husband has Celiacs so could not eat the bagels, waffles or muffins. Nice patio area. Would stay here again when visiting the area.

Was worried about parking at first but noticed they lock back gate at night. Was observant about the homeless wondering around in the area when outside.

That it was fairly close to the cruise part and the shuttle was very helpful. However, I did not like the breakfast and there was no milk alternative as I am allergic to milk.

The workout room was not very clean, and that equipment was not updated in the food at breakfast was not that healthy

Breakfast was good, room was good, Customer service was remarkable. Michael was great and to be honest, whatever I didn’t like about the hotel his nice and professional demeanor made up for it. Otherwise I would’ve stayed at another hotel.

Loud neighbors, woke up to the room beside me very loudly throwing up. Heard people talking all night and morning in the hallway and the rooms next to us. Air conditioning kicked on and off all night so kept waking up due to being so warm.

no security in the parking lot. considering where it is located one would think it would be expected. A Cadillac Escalade’s passenger window was blown out/shattered/smashed and the windshield was shattered. room: no mirror in sleeping area so if someone is in the bathroom, someone else can’t be putting on makeup etc. Outside of toilet was not clean and rooms were not swept breakfast: could have been better for the price

The people are very nice. The property the hotel sits on is very clean and safe. Will book here again

The road getting here is scary full of bums and nasty activity. No microwave

Staff was very friendly, free breakfast. Clean, remodeled rooms.

Homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk just out of the parking lot. A lot of shady people hanging around. Even witnessed a man smoking drugs. Didn't feel like a very safe area.

Didn't stay but just to sleep. Didn't really see the hotel or the grounds a lot it was dark, but seemed very clean and was pretty in the courtyard pool area.

The area the hotel is located is a bit sketchy location, nice hotel bad location.
