I love the customer service it was 100/10 they are extremely nice and ensured all my packages came in and was stored safely even the ones that came before I arrived

Just for them to finish the renovations it is a wonderful place if only people can see the outside looking like the inside it would attract more people because it's a wonderful place

stayed at the hotel for one night Convenient location. Close to the highway. There are plenty of free parking spaces. The placement went quickly. I would like to note the good and qualified work of the staff. They treated us well. At our request, they changed the room to a non-smoking room in a quiet location. The room was clean. The bathroom had everything you needed Clean bed linen and comfortable mattress. Wifi was fast. It is especially worth noting that the air conditioner was new and worked well. In general, the hotel meets the price/quality criterion for people who need to spend the night on the road near the highway.

I would like to note that the hotel is no longer new. Therefore, I ask you to be understanding about the condition and equipment of the premises. At such a low price.

yes The front desk staff ria and Nick wer so helpful we reserved a normal non Smoking by that time first floor rooms were done and they switched us into a Room on first floor with accesible rooms and they make sure everything is good in the room before we went in the room

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.

Good for a motel 6. The room was in decent shape, comfortable bed and had a set of USB chargers on either side of the bed. It's very basic but that's what motel 6 is.

Could use a new bathtub in the room, it wasn't dirty but it had seen better days.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tampa

Definitely in transition,the effort is definitely being put in for improvement staff very friendly,very willing to accommodate any any request with reason,the new restaurant adjacent to property is excellent place to eat good food ,good prices,very clean.

My room was in good condition and the fridge, microwave, sink, toilet and shower all looked brand spanking new and the fridge and microwave were spotless inside! TV and free wifi included too. Definitely the best room I've ever had at a Motel 6. Decent area and accomodating staff plus a swimming pool. The Tampa location on E. MLK Jr. Blvd definitely exceeded my expectations.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Almost no noise for being that close to an interstate. No loitering in parking lot. Close to food and gas.

Curtains blocked out most of the light but around the edges let in a bunch. There was a very bright light right above the window. No major issues.

The speedy service and response to the issue I had in the first room. The manager placed me in another room.

The room was not really cleaned. The curtain had a split in it so you could see outside. The towels and wash clothes had hand prints and stains. The pillow cases were stained and one appeared to have blood on it. The floor and sink had hair in it. The peep hole on the door was stuffed with toilet paper and it seemed rather old due to the dust and discoloration.
