The front desk staff who showed compassion, respect and educated us on the price range as well as how Booking.com is the one who determines the cancelation fee and changes to dates, not the establishment as Booking.com leads us to believe, as proven in their response to the Country Inns's manager's response to change our stay dates. I saw Booking.com's denial of the request on my app. I'm guessing O wasn't meantbto see thst, of which I responded to Booking.com about their treachery. Then Booking.com sent me an email claiming that the establishment had declined my request. All the ladies at the front desk were wonderful, especially the Mgr Jenny!

No back-up generator when there was no power for several days. So we were in darkness anc had to climb the stairs to thd 4th floor. The moldy smell in the rooms from the AC units dripping on the carpets. This was in each room we were in. The room maintenance staff rarely making appearances to clean the space. The jacked-up prices of the rooms after the hurricane left.

I've stayed here a total of 3 times, and this is a good, clean, safe place to stay. Whenever I come to the Tampa, Fl. area I always look to see if rooms are available here. This is my #1 go to. This last time I stayed the guy at the desk was very professional and made sure that I was satisfied with my room. Excellent value for the price! Having free wi-fi, breakfast, and parking!!!!! 😁😁😁 # I WILL BE BACK SOON 😄

Spacious room for me and my boys, clean, affordable, and there was breakfast every morning

Sofa bed did not have sheets so I had to share a bed with my kids, room had a musty smell, kitchenette was just and extra fridge and a counter top, no housekeeping came to take garbage so it was piling up by second day, and bathroom door did not close all the way

Hotel was very clean and a great value and was well taken care of.

The female staff that worked the front desk were all very nice and accommodating however the guy Carlos was very unfriendly and acted like I was bothering him the couple of times I needed him for a towels and other things. He can do a lot better. The hot water in the sink worked great and the pressure was fantastic, however, the water in the bathtub never got warmer than lukewarm my entire stay.

The staff was very nice. I was there for four days and everyone I encountered greeted me warmly with a smile. The place was also very clean. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Proximity to Raymond James stadium (easy, 15 minute walk) was great.

The breakfast was a little underwhelming. I would have like more than just plain bread as a toast option, but that is a minor detail.

I loved my stay at this location. The staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend staying here. Also, the location is close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. Miss Karen and her staff are wonderful, I will definitely be back soon!

The hotel was clean, modern, nicely furnished. The bathroom was beautiful. The furniture was beautiful. All around great. Great views!

We didn't have a printed channel guide for the tv. We stayed during the hurricane and it was a challenge to go through channels we weren't familiar with to find the news channels.

We were located very close to the sporting events we attended. Our room was comfortable and bright. However the dining options in the area were limited. There were no CVS type stores were nonexistent near the hotel.

The check in process took over an hour because of computer problems. The faucet in the bathroom didn’t provide hot water. We had to use the faucet in the shower to get hot water. We saw two roaches in our room.

The staff there is incredibly friendly. I was there for four days and was always greeted warmly and any and all questions were answered pleasantly.

The breakfast food was a bit limited. Would have liked more options in the bread category than sliced bread. Also better pricing in the little convenience shop. I purchased two waters and a bottle of dunkin coffee and it was over $16!

Beds comfortable , room clean and good size. Great location for trip to Buccaneers stadium. Plenty of parking available on site.

Breakfast was disappointing. - 'Hot' coffee almost cold, no tea. Staff member just shrugged when asked. - The 'gravy' serving dish was empty and a 'skin' had formed over remains. Staff member came with replacement dish and instead of changing whole serving tray, poured the new food over the congealed mess in the previous tray. - At 8.45 some breakfast items unfilled or not available - waffles, any cereal that was not sugar coated, hot drinks. Very limited.
