I am wheelchair accessible traveler. Upon arrival and checking into my room found that the bathroom was not accessible for me. We went down to the front desk to advise of the situation. The front desk and housekeeping staff teamed up to remedy the problem. They located several unoccupied rooms for me to inspect until we found the one bathroom that was accessible. The staff switched our room and the bell staff brought our luggage to our new room. I appreciate the valet staff with helping me to schedule a Uber pickup to get me to the cruise port since there was no other accessible vehicles available.

The bed was comfortable but in a handicap room, maybe raise it a bit higher. The other thing was that the hotel, blue one or the airport had a wheelchair accessible vehicle to transfer us to the cruise port.

The Tampa International Airport Marriott is a great hotel. I was very pleased by the attentiveness and consideration showed by all of the personnel. From the valet to the front desk and housekeeping too all gave exceptional care and imparted ease to the process. This is the way we're going fly from now on. A night at the Marriott then zoom out in the morning for parts as yet to be determined. Thank you all at the TPA Marriott. See you again soon. BTW, we flew to NYC to stay in another Marriott property for our weekend getaway, the Algonquin in Midtown on W 44th St. One of Marriott's Autograph Collection of boutique hotels and our favorite.

Pleasant bland room, easy check in

No room safe, nothing special about a rather pricey room, windows grubby so sunset blurred

Location, location, location. Great place to stay if you have an early morning flight or if you want to get a head start on your holiday. Of course you pay a premium for the convenience. Great views of the runways and even a rainbow if you are lucky. If you opt for breakfast with your booking you order from an ala carte menu which includes the normal breakfast standards. With the airport extra $ our breakfast came to $50 for two but was comped by our room rate. Even with our views the airport noise was not a factor. Seems that these days WiFi should be free and it can be if with a few clicks you sign up to the Marriot Bonvoy loyalty program.

We were allowed mid-morning entry into our room and able to extend our stay for a small fee, which was perfect to fill our free time between exiting cruise and boarding our plane the following day. Additionally, we enjoyed the perks of concierge service. The snacks and breakfast offered were outstanding and the attendants were extremely kind and helpful. Both young men who helped us with our luggage were likewise helpful and unhurried. Actually, EVERY staff person we encountered were hospitable and efficient!

Absolutely nothing to say here, which in itself, says a lot! We did not even hear the airplanes!

A conveniently placed hotel when arriving after a long international flight. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was good, comfortable beds. Hotel gym well equipped and clean. Overall a good experience.

Breakfast was good but expensive.

Location was fantastic. The man at the valet was the best and led us to the handicapped parking spot. He actually ran down to the spot as we followed him! When we checked out as we walked by I said that 313 was leaving, he even knew my name within two seconds! I'll return the key when we return from our trip.

Bathroom didn't have the complimentary q tips and more. I didn't feel like unpacking my things. The clock in the room was actually off by 7 min or more. Oh, I wanted the runway view. I could only see a small part of the run way. :(

Loved the location: we had a view of the runways and like watching the planes come and go. It was QUIET! A restful night and no stress to make an early flight out the next day. The Restaurant was a bit pricey, but the food was very good and our waiter, Norly, was excellent! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. BERY PLEASED!!!! I loved the fact that the hotel was located are the airport and easy shuttle to the hotel location and back to catch my flight. Easy access to food and drinks. While preparing for my shuttle to the airport, I realized I could not find my wallet. I returned to the hotel and explained to the receptionist I thought I may have dropped my wallet in the room. She immediately found and employee to take me back to my where I found that my wallet had fallen out of pocketbook onto the floor. I was so thankful and relieved. Your staff handled my situation in a professional and customer friendly manner. Thank You!!

Check in was exceptional. Empathetic front desk staff..? Rooms were clean. Bed is comfortable. Location is unbeatable... especially when you have to talk to real airline agents when all your flights get cancelled... Except for the construction in the main entrance.. our experience was amazing.
