Easy access to the airport. We easily found the address right away and we got a great location to sleep inn. It has a small kitchen, a decent size queen bed, three of us fit (we have a 5 year old) It's a good place, so far quiet.

Just had some old furniture but it didn't bother us because we got the value for money. 🙂

The full kitchen in a queen bed suite is awesome. The rooms are comfy enough to feel like home away from home.

The location isn't exactly ideal, given it's proximity to tampas major airport, but the value for the room makes that easy to accept.

Breakfast setup in lobby was ok but I'm used to a seating area and possibly choice of at least one meat, eggs, waffles or toast

Have long term guests not smoke up the hallways and elevators, if I'm in a non smoking room I wish not to walk through a smokey smelling hallway or get in a smokey smelling elevator

nice room met our needs while staying there. great convenient location many restaurants in area wonderful church down the street on memorial highway, Wesley Memorial

lighting was not bright enough light bulbs were low wattage kitchen light needed to be changed

I like that it was very roomy it has a stove and a full size refrigerator. A normal size kitchen and sink to cook and wash dishes. I was very pleased 😁😁😁

I didn't like that it didn't have weekly or monthly rates special 😔😔😔

Convenience to airport

Charged my 75 year old wife and me $100 deposit for damage protection. Stayed a total of about 16 hours there and we fid jot damage the place (what a joke). Did not know this was going to happen.

The location near the airport and the room was clean

When you walk in, the windows and doors had kid fingerprints all over them, the front desk had papers scattered everywhere, boxes, food bags all over the counter. looked messy and unorganized.

Rooms are big and comfortable, very easy check in and check out and nice control over the building and people.

Roaches in the room

Great space in the accessible suite, good value, friendly service, appropriately clean (with only one exception... see note about carpet). Very comfortable bed. Well outfitted, accessible bathroom.

Everything was quite clean, but the carpet area, although vacuumed, definitely needs a shampoo or replacement. (The day I checked out, they were replacing a carpet a couple of units down... so this might be an imminent update.) Also the dual ramps to the front entrance are NOT fully accessible... there's a step curb at both ramp access points, which doesn't make an awful lot of sense.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The Young lady I had an encounter with on Friday Night that checked me in amazing. The Young lady that was on staff Saturday Morning also Amazing. With these two Ladies representing your Establishment it’s bound to be a great experience.
