The location, price, and amenities were all great for what was advertised. Clean and comfortable rooms on the water and very close to the airport.

Our only issue was with the A/C unit which loudly dripped condensation when it reached the desired temperature. System kept the room cold, just a loud “plinking” sound when it turns itself off.

This waterfront property was a perfect place to stay close to the airport, multiple beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We had booked a "conservation" view room but for some reason, we got a pool/bay view room. At first I thought it was an upgrade, but it was loud below us with the fitness island and pool right there. When we walked around to the conservation view rooms, it was so quiet with wonderful views of the sunset and palm trees so I was disappointed I didn't get what I paid for, but my 14 year old liked that he could see who was in the pool so asked me not to say anything to them. They were quick to kick everyone out of the pool and turn the fire pit off right at 10 pm but didn't care people were smoking weed from their balconies when it claims it is a smoke free facility including balconies. The stairs to our room was right next to the designated smoking area, and that is all you smell also. I wish people would stick to edibles cause that is a smell that just lingers. Bar and grill had the best food at a reasonable cost. My son said they were the best chicken jerk tacos he has ever had and we travel often. We also bought him a refillable coconut. They gave him a lot of free soda refills, but the mocktails were always charged something different. So keep that in mind if you give your kiddos cash to refill them. Room was good. We stayed 6 nights and never had housekeeping even though it said after night 4 they come one time. We had to figure out how to get the trash taken out, get towels (I went Sunday to front desk and asked for fresh towels and she asked how many people in the room and how many more days which was 4) and she only gave me 3. I also had to go look for a broom everyday because we would track sand into the room and I hate taking a shower, getting out, to feel dirty and sand on my feet from the floors. They really should keep a broom in each room for this reason. Front desk also didn't have one.

The Customer Service was Great, the room was really nice, at first they had me a pool view , i asked for a conservation view, she (the young lady) had no problem with changing it..I'm glad she did i enjoy watching nature and there was plenty to see River Raccoons, stingrays, fishes jumping out the water, it was just a beautiful sight to see day& night.

Only that the smell I'm not sure if it's the carpet or the old furniture but it was a very distinct smell but my bath & bodywork plug in was able to fix that other than that I enjoy staying here Everytime I go to Tampa!!

The BED was so uncomfortable the mattress was over used the frame made noise and really did not feel safe. When checking in the lady was so great nice and helpful. When checking out on August 13, 2024 at 9 am was unpleasant, rude, not helpful when we told them we had a complaint and wanted to report they said ok, so we told them about the bed and they were laughing and said ok never wrote it down nothing. They need to be retrained in how to deal with customers even though we were nice and were not yelling they should at least be respectful

The front desk staff was rude. I asked if my room was bayfront as I requested and paid for. She said yes. I walk a bit of a distance to find I’m looking at mucky water and trees. She should know her hotel layout. Day before I left they offer free Uber rides to the airport. I stopped by office to say is 3am ok for them to schedule ride. The guy at the desk said yes mam. I get there…..door closed says be back soon. Waited 15 minutes called my own Uber and to download app and was panicking I would miss my flight…. Very frustrating

I really enjoyed this facility. The staff were great and always so pleasant. I loved that they had a washer and dryer room, so I washed all of our vacation clothes before we came home.

Only thing was that there isn’t much around the condos, but I know that is not their fault. Only close place to eat that I saw was Bahama breeze restaurant. Not much for gas station or other food. They do have a little tiki bar that sells food and it’s a good amount of food for the price! My son and I had the nachos (which I recommend sharing with about 3-4 people) and he had the tacos. The beds were alright, but we had to stay at La Quinta in Denver for a couple of nights due to our flight and I realized how hard and uncomfortable the beds were here after sleeping in La Quinta’s

Like that it’s a little tucked away and also that it’s on the water. Pool bar.

Dirty towels (not ours) hanging on the back of the bathroom door when we got in the room. Bed was lumpy. We enjoy the pool but it was cloudy and some kind of white specks floating in it. It needs maintenance, pool coping cracked. Miss the deck that was attached to the pool. General maintenance needs done. Paint, update rooms….

Front desk rep was very professional and helpful at check-in, she is a great asset to company.

I was advised we could extend check out an additional hour if more time needed to contact front desk, and it may be an additional charge. The morning of check out housekeeping called, and I explained to her what I was told. She stated she was not advised and it couldn't be honored. My reply to her was that she needed to contact the front desk and not continue to argue or go back and forth with me.

We were there for a basketball tournament so we were very rushed the entire trip. It was great having the restaurant right there.. limited menu, but everything we had was delicious. Service was incredible! Fireworks over the bay on New Year’s Eve was fantastic! Very convenient to Tampa activities, as well as Clearwater. Close to some great state parks and preserves as well. Beautiful Bay views, and sunsets.

The first room we went to was a little less desirable, not sure that the pullout sofa bed had been cleaned. They put us in the room next-door and everything was great no hassle! rooms are a little dated, but it looks like there were some more updated ones as well. Second room was clean.

The view at sunset was beautiful. The food at the cafe was excellent especially the burger and the breakfast sandwich. The parking under the building was great as it kept the car cool and out of the sun.

The bed was very small. There was no counter space in the bathroom. The elevator was ridiculously slow and the luggage carts were very hard to maneuver.
