Entire hotel was clean, sleek, modern look. At first I liked the no carpeting in the room, but going barefoot you could feel all the sand. Quieter than I thought it would be. Nice shower, had hot water. Liked the shampoo/soap/conditioner in the attached containers (easy & convenient). Liked the big squirt bottles of creamer, (easy & convenient). The gentleman that checked me in was friendly, talkative and helpful for things in area we were looking for. Quick jot to the airport in the morning.

Would have like a hot tub. TV channels didn't work well. You could see a guide, but couldn't get to the channels.

The room was spacious and comfy, modern and clean. The bay view was worth the extra few bucks. Breakfast was yummy with good options to pick from. Staff was super friendly and helped right away when our key stopped working or when we needed to store our suitcases after checkout to go get some lunch. Bahama Breeze next door was convenient and had delicious food.

It would have been helpful to get an email ahead of the trip about how to request the shuttle from the airport. We didn't know where to go when we arrived at TPA - after a couple phone calls, waiting on hold for a long time, and then waiting for another 15 mins the shuttle finally arrived. The driver was friendly though :) Even though the beach seems walkable, with the high August temps and high humidity we had to turn around half-way.

The front person was great! He helped us for getting room ready early, since we came from a cruise ship. He also helped with getting us a shuttle to the airport the next morning. Very helpful! Did not get up in time for breakfast.

The only thing that was a little frustrating was finding a place to eat. We didn't want to uber anywhere but there was a cafe within walking distance. The restaurant next door wasn't open until 11-12p. It was nice to walk and enjoy the scenery however.

The room seems to have been recently renovated. Nice vinal flooring, a corner chaise lounge and a comfortable desk chair, nice matching furniture with soft close drawers and doors to prevent noisy slams, all in good working order, little refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave worked well, air-conditioning blew very cold, bathroom was super clean with sliding glass shower doors and great water pressure from a nice new shower head. The bathroom sink hot water seemed to be instantly hot. The ironing board and iron were mostly new and worked well. The king size bed, pillows and linnens were comfortable and also seemed to be new. The hallway carpet from the elevator to the room was very clean and again seemed to have recently been installed. All in all, a clean, nicely appointed, comfortable room.

The cable TV system seemed a little clunky with an outdated remote control. I found it a little difficult to find out what was playing and when due to what felt like a 30 year old system interface. Needs an update. The TV itself was just fine.

The young man who checked me in was superior to most. He was friendly and helpful at check-in. When I checked out the 2 young ladies seemed in a rush and I didn't check or get a copy of my bill. Hours later I called the front desk and they were supposedly busy again but said they would email it to me. They did not. I called again at night and the same young fellow(Wish I caught his name) said he would email it to me. He asked me to stay on the line while he did that to make sure I received it, which I did. That person is an asset to the company and I don't want to make an under informed judgement on the young ladies who kind of seemed uninterested in being nice and/or helpful to an old man.

Spacious room, coffee/tea making facility, very comfortable bed. The pool was great, nice view and pool towels available. Comp airport shuttle swayed my decision. Staff were very nice. Great location for a short stay near the airport.

Cooked breakfast items were adequate in quality, didn't like the amount of single use plastic though. I had advised in my booking that I would arrive early morning so booked night before to guarantee access on arrival. Their night audit cancelled my room as I hadn't arrived by 12am although I had stated my arrival time. The reception guy had to reinstate my booking which took a while to sort out. If anyone needs to do same, I would call them to double check instead of relying on the booking platform communication.

Clean comfortable bed and room. Great shower. No carpet is a big plus. AC and fans were off when we arrived and the room smelled a bit funky but cleared quickly with ventilation. The room lighting was dark. We would have prefered a bedside table on each side of the bed. There was an electric outlet available on each side. Lovely pool area. Nice breakfast with good choices. Thank you.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Major kudos to Jamel and Susan, they were awesome. The breakfast had many options and the food was always fresh and stocked. The overall hotel was nice and clean and centrally located to the airport and Tampa cruise terminal.

When we arrived our room floor, and bathroom floor seemed to have not been swept from the last occupants. It was very dusty and had crumbs on the floors.

Super clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is really great, especially for the price, with fabulous water views and a restaurant right next door. Terrific free breakfast. Love the pancake machine.

Great locatipn for Tampa Airport for our last night of our vacation. Very clean. Welcoming staff. Pool area was nice and overlooked bay. Right next to Bahama Breeze restaurant. Free transport to airport the next day.

Price was quite high, as there was a game on, so hotel was quite busy. Location is great for one or two nights, but limited things to do, if you have no vehicle.
