Great rooms. Very clean, comfy and modern.

Cleaning barging in on my after 1 quick knock while I was dressing and hours before checkout! Literally opening the knock during the knock with me squealing just a minute..... door went wide open and I was exposed. The neighbors were loud next door. The hotel staff should do a better job of telling you about the hotel and your stay. That would have been a great addition. The lady at the front desk wasn't exactly a ray of sunshine.

The breakfast was great, kids really enjoyed it. The room was clean and comfortable with great blackout shades. Had a great view and the bathroom had both a tub and a shower. Had indoor parking with free EV charging station for Tesla.

The private beach is good for water sports but not for bathing. Also, there was no pool on property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with excellent breakfast and a fantastic location. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the convenient parking was a plus. We appreciated the on-site Starbucks and their complimentary holiday apple cider added a nice touch.

The room was perfect. It had a beautiful view and was a good size. The only minor thing was that the shower door leaked some water onto the bathroom floor.

Hotel was really close to the airport so it made arrival and departure very easy! Also not far from downtown so it so it made it easy to book tours and activities. I also loved that they offered water sports at the hotel itself. Could’ve done jet skis and boat rentals right at the hotel if needed.

The beach wasn’t as big as I thought it would it be but still nice to have one none the less

I was second time at this Hotel and I liked it a lot!!! Staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are comfortable and super clean! Body lotion, shampoo and hair conditioner in the bathroom smells so good!!! They have cute private beach with jetsky rental, $115/hour , super exciting!!!

The sunrise the first day was Amazing along with the friendly manager at the Bar & Grill who is very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area Water ski rentals on property had all sizes including plus size life jackets

Tips not well received of appreciation because of too high expectations to receive a particular amount that is hard to guess and avoidance of service if you did not make that targeted amount expectations the next day of service

Love the area of location and would stay again anytime. The entire area is beautiful as is the staff of the Hotel. They were very friendly as always.

I did not like that there are no refrigerator in the room. Even though there is a restaurant, I still like to have cold water or anything to drink in my room.

The property was clean and is to get around. I had valet parking and never had to wait for my car; the valets folks were great!! In addition my room was cleaned thoroughly every morning, the restaurant was well run, and the front desk staff was personable and had positive personalities.

Everything was good. We old highly recommend this hotel site.

Hotel was clean and attractive and the adjoining beach was just what we were looking for. Staff were courteous.

While the waitstaff were very polite and apologetic, the Aqua restaurant time to receive food was long. Seemed as though they could have used another server.

The view was spectacular. Just what I wanted is my room overlooking the beach ⛱️ .I was able to watch the sun 🌞 set and sun rise from my room.

When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and there were two other people waiting to check in...there should be a sign said BRB with specific time or a bell 🔔 to let someone aware we need service.
