We really loved the pool! Even when a few people were there it never felt crowded & it was a great area. Our room was also very spacious & we loved that there was streaming options on the TV!

The only thing that was just okay was the hallways to the rooms were little dirty & dark. The room was great! But the bathroom did need some upkeep on the door & the shower. Also I didn’t love there wasn’t complimentary breakfast.

Everything was exceptional about this property. The staff was very accommodating. My flight came in early morning way before check-in time. They let us check-in early and held our luggage while we went to eat.

the only thing I can complain about is that they don't have a shuttle from the airport for guest. The shuttle service is only available for airline personal.

I loved the location. The pool was a good size and clean with plenty of loungers and places to sit outside. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good.

There was nothing to dislike

The hotel is close to the hotel -only 10min away. The hotel itself was clean and the room was a decent size. The stay was very comfortable. The fitness room is pretty decent as well.

Can’t say I was unsatisfied with anything during my stay. Found everything convenient and comfortable.

Very nice hotel overall

Parking for check in was not clear. Could not get out of parking lot in the morning. Could not call someone at parking kiosk/gate to explain my problem. Im a contractor and have built several of these. Not even sure why I'm sharing but you asked

Location, pool, staff were great.

Having to charge everything, parking fees, not getting clean towels/wash cloths daily, no do not disturb or service notice for room door and no microwave in room. Also, there is not much drawer space for clothes. Expected better from a Hilton Hotel.

How can you NOT have a "confirmed"airport shuttle at a Hilton property being less than 5 miles from the airport? Stating "we might be able to get you there but can't guarantee a shuttle will be available at that time (5am)" is unacceptable. There were actually 3 shuttles sitting outside the lobby on the morning of our departure.

Clean and view of the water was amazing

So when we paid they charged us a 50 dollar deposit. Then the next day we were charged 425 dollars and they told us it would be back in our account in 3 to 5 business days. Why were we charged an additional 425 dollars.

The hotel location was amazing! The hotel was right on the water and in the morning I would get up go down to the pool and would see dolphins swimming in the lagoon right out front. One morning it swam right in front of me against the wall. We didn't use the pool at all as we were out and about every day but the pool bar looked amazing. We also didn't use the breakfast buffet as the price of the buffet we can't eat that much so for the price of one person for the buffet we could eat outside the hotel for all 4 of us. The room was very clean and beds were super comfortable - had great sleeps after long days exploring Tampa. Best part is the hotel is close to downtown and close to the island - went to Clearwater Beach and Indian Rocks beach. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this hotel.

price of buffet seemed a bit ridiculous so we didn't use it

Paying for parking . Add it to room fee. Fees are jacked up for special events anyway!! Bar and restaurant was way under staffed for a special event sold out weekend
