Location is just 3 miles through the horrific freeway interchange to the Tampa Airport, so as convenient as you are going to find. We liked that it seemed "away" from the city a bit, quieter. There is also a great restaurant just across the parking lot, just a stroll away. Lots of parking, quiet and cozy rooms that are spacious - which is a RARE find in a midpriced stay anymore. I even used the small business center to send and print some photos for a report needed the next day - very convenient.

The doorkey entry system for the outside doors didn't work for us. It just seemed a little clunky - we had another visitor try to help us get in, and they couldn't get it to work either. Every other thing was great!

Too much noise from the maintenance people so noisy

The location is quiet and calm traffic. I felt comfortable and taken care of. Great idea to have an iron and board. Came in handy. Breakfast was fantastic as the coffee. Deelishus 😁

The rooms are outdated. The carpet has to go. It is very unhealthy to have wall to wall carpet. The sprinkler system are covered on rust. The shower is peeling. Sure would be nice to be able to open a window to recirculate the room air better. The mattresses are too soft. I literally sank in so that it was difficult to get out. Try harder ones next purchase.

Breakfast was a very good value here actually had meats and potatoes. Everything was clean, shower and water pressure were phenomenal. Property was very well maintained and seemed very safe. Parking was plentiful and never an issue. Pool was water was perfectly clean and clear. Front desk was very nice. Enjoyed our stay and when we come back for Redsox Rays series even when they return to the trop we plan to book here.

Prices. However it was cheaper than comprable hotels in the area so nitpicking here about the going rates for rooms.

The room was great. The staff was pleasant and very personable and helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff was so very nice. It was a little crowded in the seating area. The reception area was a little small for departure to the shuttle. The rates were sightly inflated due to a cruise weekend, which hurt our pocketbook a little, but not your fault because we know that is corporate.

Very small pool for the size of the hotel

the transfer from airport was quick and easy, we requested early check in which was not available so we went to chnage and store luggage when a room was ready aand we really appreciated Rafael checking us in promptly so we coul,d swim at the small pool before showering an going to bahama breeze for lunch, which was a short walk and excellent food and live entertainment.

We had an overnight stay before we flew home to the UK from Tampa after travelling around for about a month. The hotel was perfectly located. On arrival the receptionist was brilliant. Our room wasn't ready but we were early. We were checked in ahead of time thanks to all the staff. The room was spacious and clean. We dined out at the Bahama Breeze restaurant which is a two minute stroll. You could drive out to Tampa or Clearwater. We had a very comfortable night and asked for a late check out. It was busy but the receptionist did her best to accommodate us once again. Breakfast is a complimentary continental style and was very nice and plentiful. This hotel is ideally located for cruise ships leaving Tampa or the Airport. Very good indeed and excellent staff especially the receptionist.

We didn't use the pool but there was one but it is small with no shade.

Manager was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived very early before check-in. Allowed us to leave our bags in the office and use the pool while we waited. We didn’t have to wait very long before the rooms were ready for us.

The pool was very small. There wasn’t much within walking distance. One restaurant and one little convenience store. Wish there was more within walking distance.

The staff was super helpful in helping me surprise one of the guest with me by decorating the room with birthday decorations and the staff went out their way to get a card and sign it for my friend

The hotel was in a quiet area and had very nice staff. We had a quiet room and a lovely bath which we did ask for. Breakfast the next morning was excellent - lots for vegetarians to enjoy, which is often hard in hotels of this nature. They did a great job on breakfast and I liked that they didn't have the mainstream news on the TV it was local news with feel-good stories (Spectrum 9 I think it was). Overall a great stay - plus Free parking !
