The staff were very nice and helpful. The room and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well lit. They allowed pets. The location was fairly close to necessary highways. The coffee was available all day and it was good. They had water available with fruit all day.

Breakfast was awful. Very little choices. The eggs and sausage were not very good. They did have delicious biscuits but no gravy. My husband ate the breakfast, but I just ate a biscuit with butter. There was no fruit.

we stayed in Naples at same hotel chain and breakfast was till10:00. This breakfast was till 9:00 and eggs were cold and needed more ripe fruit.

Breakfast ends too early.

The room was clean and comfortable. I asked for a quiet room and we got it. Got a good night's rest. Good shower and bed.

Smell of weed at times in the hallway. That was a non-smoking hotel. The manager sent an employee to neutralize the smell.

The staff was great especially Nitin at the front counter he was so helpful I spoke to him about the hot tub not having enough pressure and he was going to let maintain knows d let me know that there are rooms with a jacuzzi tub in the hotel also so instead of looking for a hotel closer to Busch Garden since we have annual passes I will be booking with whenever I come to Tampa

The hot tub had no pressure no bubbles at all when you turned it on and that was big part of why I choose to stay here due to back pain

Went out of their way to find us a room close to another family we were traveling with. Very clean. Room ready in time.

TV stations and remote were sub-par.

It was close to where we needed to be at 6 am the next morning!

There was a dog next door that had a high pitch bark which he did use it several times during the evening but the dog was quite when they went to sleep. Also the air/heat was not working properly according to me. When we turned it on heat we set it on 70 but it kept blowing out cool air, so we turned it up to 72 then we got heat and a few minutes later it blew out cool air, so we tried serval more temp it did the same thing so i turned it off. Finally I wasn’t cold anymore.

The Sunday morning desk clerk. The gentleman told me that I could get the room cheaper going through La Quinta. I found the same room sixty-seven dollars cheaper than what I was charged. From now on I guess I will have to book through a third party, since La Quinta staff lies about rates.

Clean, comfortable, well appointed room and bathroom, although bathroom needs towel racks/hooks and tub/shower lever and vanity sink lever installed backwards (Hot to right, cold to left). Good variety of breakfast food/drinks. Convenient location as we were in Tampa to attend a NY Yankee Spring Training ballgame and George Steinbrenner Field was a couple miles away

The breakfast could use some improvement. The same meal everyday with sausage not brown and eggs too salty. Why not add grits, gravy, pancakes and bacon.

It was not located on the street but between other businesses.
