Quick Checkin. It was the Monday after Mother's Day Less than half occuppied. Breakfast was a nice experience, clean, well kept dining area, and well stocked all the time. Cleansiness, of hotel and rooms.

Receptionist greeting at checkin. Did not really welcome you. Id/cc was first words, especially when you are already pre=booked.

Our suite was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, with plush beds that made it tough to get up for morning meetings (in the best way). The Wi‑Fi never blinked, so when my cofounder and I holed up to brainstorm our pitch, we had zero distractions. Speaking of which, that impromptu late‑night session by the little bar—open until 1 AM—was legendary. The bartender whipped up the crispiest, most addictive fries, and the cocktails were just the creative spark we needed. Facilities-wise, the pool area was lovely for a quick midday dip, and the gym had every machine I wanted—even during peak hours. Everything felt well‑kept, modern, and designed with a business traveler in mind. All in all, this stay wasn’t just “good for a business trip,” it was one of the BEST hotels I’ve ever stayed in across a decade‑and‑a‑half of travel. Five stars all the way. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’d love to see a few Asian or Indian flavors added to the lineup

The breakfast was amazing. There were at least 4 hot items. They had an automatic pancake maker which made hot fresh pancakes in about one minute. They also had yogurt, milk, oatmeal and cereals and more. It was definitely a highlight of the trip.

Service from front desk was not up to their high standards. I arrived for checkin at 3pm but the room was not ready. At approximately 3:20, I went back in to check on the status and the staff member stated they tried to call me but no call was made (verified my phone). A few minutes later, we had a backup in our toilet but it took about 15-20 minutes to get some one to help fix the problem.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious, and the amenities are excellent. Breakfast is included. The food is simple and changes day to day. The coffee is excellent and available anytime. Due to time constraints, I was not able to go on a dip in the swimming pool. I will recommend this place to anyone, and I would love to stay here again.

A little drive to downtown Tampa and Tampa port.

All in all I was pleasantly surprised. I admit in my view the price was on the high side - but the room was spacious and clean, nice shower (could do better on amenities for the cost of the room), comfortable bed, free parking - which is a great advantage and a small "market", which I found useful.

Breakfast was bad, to say the least. All in all - from the way it is served (paper plates that do not "hold", plastic forks) to the food itself and coffee was - well - bad.

It was clean.

The hotel charged us for the room again. 146.42. they had my card number, because they said they needed it for a 50.00 deposit. I called them, they said they had no record of that money (146.42) being taken. It cleared my account June 6 and says it was from holiday inn Express Tampa FL. My bank is disputing the charge. The hotel is right under the flight pattern for the Tampa airport.

room 101 was very nice and breakfast was very nice. Thanks to The Front Desk Staff for helping me with the room ‘lock-up safe’ 🙂 and to house keeping for lending me a wine cork screw. My sister and I spent a lot of wonderful time relaxing and entertaining family poolside and I used the treadmill in the exercise room to stay fit.

I live in Chicago so I cannot complain about airplane traffic overhead. I guess I’m use to it. 🤣 and I found room 101 to be satisfactory and well insulated from outside noise.

This was my first time trying a Holiday Inn again after a bad experience in Orlando. We came for Monster Jam at Raymond James Stadium, the hotel was only 13 minute drive away. It far exceeded my expectations. Our room was huge, great for our family of 5. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great as well.

My only complaint, very minute was the Omlette were dry. But the cinnamon rolls and biscuits and gravy made up for it.

Easy & quick check-in. Room and hotel were really clean. Shower head was amazing. Location was good for our needs. Comfortable beds and quiet hallways made for a good sleep. Continental breakfast was typical, but had good choices and food was decent. Would recommend.

Needed a blanket for sofa bed and we had to go to the front desk to get it (rather than someone bringing it to us). I found it to be a bit pricey, but not enough to prevent me from coming back.

The hotel was nice and clean. Front desk staff was amazing 👏 very attentive, breakfast was ok. As well.

I checked out a day early due to a family emergency but my card was charged double the amount and I have not still received a refund ,even after I spoke to a older lady that told me it would falll off withing 5-7 business days. Im still waiting and can't seem to get a hold of a manger. Someone please look into this matter please. Thank you !
