We have stayed in a lot of hotels due to my cancer treatment in Tampa at Moffett cancer center. It is very nice and clean. Accessible room was truly accessible. I stayed at a hotel the room was accessible and the bed was raised really high. I couldn't get into it and no other room was available 😢. Loved the bathroom. It's nice to be able to take a shower when you have a walker. Nice hotel to recover.

Breakfast left much to be desired Nice option but even the hot water wasn't hot. I have to return to tampa in October 21-22 for treatment.i know there are halloween events going on that drive prices but was disappointed to see the price was $300 a night.

The hotel and its service were excellent.

However, the only downside was the lack of nearby dining options. If you are craving something to eat, you must drive about 10 to 15 minutes. There is a Wawa approximately 4 minutes away, which is somewhat convenient. The most negative aspect of my stay was the noise coming from the neighboring room. The guests next door were speaking so loudly throughout the night that it felt as if they were inside my own room. They woke up around 7 a.m., and all the noise carried into my room, preventing my family from getting any rest.

The staff were beyond lovely- I miss them haha. The people that provided breakfast were the sweetest and they did such a great job of keeping on top of everything. The room service was EXCEPTIONAL. We would come back every night and it would be stunning, which is honestly a miracle because we have 3- very small- very messy- kids. Couldn't fault it and can't wait to come back! great location too!

Front desk was great. Room was very very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Would recommend it and stay again.

Not much just wish the beds weren't so high as I am handicap and we were in a room for handicap and hard tobgt into bed. Otherwise it was great.

I appreciate that my 18 year old daughter was able to check in and allowed to stay. I rented this room for her and a friend so they wouldn’t be on I4 late after a concert in Tampa. Most hotels do not allow guests under 21 to check in so despite some mediocre reviews I chose this hotel mostly because she could check in at 18. However, she was impressed by the service and cleanliness of the property (when I saw pics I was too.) the deposit was returned fully and promptly. Even if other hotels allowed check-ins at 18, this property would still be wt the top of my list for price, cleanliness, customer service and location.

The room was very spacious with a really comfortable bed. Lovely big bathroom too with plenty towels. The pool area was nice for relaxing with a very HOT hot tub and very cold pool. Breakfast was great with a very good selection and plenty of it. Convenient for the airport.

I had arranged via Booking.com for an early check-in which was confirmed, but when we arrived, there were no rooms available and reception advised there was a $60 charge to check in early. I had email confirmation, but there were no rooms anyway. After 40 minutes sitting in lounge area, reception confirmed there was a room now available and there wouldn't be any charge. They were very accommodating and apologetic.

The staff were accommodating and professional! The rooms are big and clean.

we have stayed here before a a couple of times .However this time the bed seemed weird. The size of the pillows were smaller than before...and the mattress uncomfortable .we could not sleep well and woke up tired with our back hurting. Ours was room with king bed and the bed size seems to be queen size .The shower had no hot water ! Was just warm and mostly clod . It was uncomfortable especially after a long day of work.

We, as a family, love this place. They enjoy having a great time in the pool. The room was big enough for the family and great locations as well

What I didn't like about the place is one thing and one thing only was a group that came in that was serving people food when it was continental breakfast that you can serve yourself it took the experience from us

This is in a great location near airport with a lot of food locations, even a Target a couple miles away. If like smoked food, need hit Jazzy's BBQ down the road half mile or so. This was rated best in USA by Good Morning America and they are right!! Only down side is that breakfast during week could be about an half hour longer, ends at 9am. We understand that it starts at 6am due to having business people during week. But, for us on vacation means have to make sure at breakfast by 830am. I'd enjoyed it more had been 630am till 930am. We plan however, to be back there due to location when travel to Tampa.

I can't say anything was bad with this hotel in any manner.

The room was nice and clean. Always a great first impression when it doesnt smell musty like some hotel rooms do. We are a family of 5 and requested a room with sleeper sofa. Surprise when we arrived and the sleeper was already made up and ready. Thank you Comfort Suites for your preparation in getting this set up before we arrived.
