Cleanliness of the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location to the airport. The proximity to the Chick-fil-A and Panera Bread restaurants.

The TV was not programmed and ready to use. I never could find my favorite cable TV network. There was not any breakfast available and the coffee maker was not working,

Cleanliness of the facility was excellent. Staff was excellent. Staff was certain to keep the facilities clean. Vending machines were stocked properly and often and with a variety of options. Receptionist was always on hand or a note was left providing info with regards to their whereabouts. Loved the ridiculously comfortable beds, sheets and comforter were pristine as well as the towels. Most if not all of the occupants were very well mannered, quiet, respectful, and trustworthy. I felt EXTREMELY safe at this facility.

Did NOT like the loitering outside of the facility. Did NOT like smelling pot being smoked by the loiterers, the authorities should have been called to remove them. I was rather irritated because most of the house-keeping staff could not speak nor understand English. I did not like that the price increased DAILY!! I missed that.

I liked the location, how big the room was, how spacious the shower was, and all of the space I had to put my stuff at. The a/c unit worked really well for sure.

The sink was very small. I had to be careful washing my Hydroflask cup without water getting everywhere. I didn't also like that the tv had a firestick connected to it in which it wasn't working properly. Therefore, I couldn't watch tv at all. I had to watch tv on my tablet. Luckily I had a backup.

It was very clean

The inability to extend my stay- I started asking about extending my stay when I checked in.. then again 3 days prior to my check out- The morning of my check out after I was told no problem all week I was told I had to contacting booking.com Then when I tried to extend on Booking.com com - it stated it could take them 48 hrs to decide if they could or would.. That morning I called the front desk many time and the phone just rang.. I left a message--- I ended up driving back to the hotel from working- to check out and make arrangements to stay somewhere else.

There was no breakfast included with this hotel, but thre is a nice small kitchen in the room, so it was fine. There is a great shopping center right across the street that has everything you need; Target, Lowes etc. There are quite a few restaurants near by including MISSION BBQ which is wonderful!. The room is basic but clean and all you need for a stay that is not a vacation. The hotel is new and everything is very nice. Bed is comfortable , WI-FI was good. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Breakfast was not provided at this location. There was no coffee station in the lobby. The hotel had been only open for approx. 4 months. As such there is still work to be done to add to the value with the mini-kitchen, and as yet there is still no ice machines on the floors. But the rooms were very clean, the lobby and exercise room clean, and the staff was very friendly and professional

Hotel was not yet fully complete with its amenities, but that could be explained as supply-chain delays.

I recently stayed at Hometown Studio in Tampa, Florida, and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were nice, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The curb appeal of the hotel is beautiful, and the location is peaceful and quiet, making it perfect for relaxation. Large rooms with a full size frig and cook top stove. Front desk attendent KASAR was outstanding, he took care of our every need. Very kind and courteous.

There should be a comfortable chair in the room to sit in. No place to sit other than the bed. My wife is a cancer patient and was pretty uncomfortable sitting on edge of the bed. Kasar said he would bring up too management.

Everything, from the staff to the room. I also loved that I had an option to cook in my room. They even offered T.V. dinners for you to purchase if you need something quick to eat. Price for the room was very reasonable.

The only thing that kinda though me off, was they had No soap to wash your hands nor to bathe with. Which was fine with me because I usually bring my own soap for my sensitive skin.

Very clean place. Everything in the room was super clean. The lobby was clean. The outside was clean. This place was truly a no smoking establishment, which I loved the most. Water pressure in the was the best at any place I stayed and has steady hot water!.

They didn't provide me a paper receipt at check out because I booked it through "and third party." There no place i stayed. I have done that.
