Everything was great, The suite was very clean. I loved that we each had our own bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The outside pool was nicely heated, which was good considering it was pretty chilly for Florida vacation in February.

The beds were a little back-breaking; to the point we had to go buy a foam mattress at a local Walmart. Slight language barrier with staff at times. I also did not like how the complimentary breakfast bar had 2 staff that also stood and watched you as you gathered your food. It was like security was watching you. Did not seem to complimentary.

It's very convenient to where a family member lives. It's quiet, like having a kitchen , even though never cooked or ate in the room,nice to have. Also, breakfast is good and so is the coffee. I've stayed before and will again when visiting family.

The air conditioner motor home was right in the bedroom area of my studio and it was loud and of course needed to come on consistently as it's Florida and 90 degrees during the day and only gets down to 75 at night.

Cleaness

Accumulatesd trash in the room, no towel replacement room service did come one one day. Breakfast was decent, but Marriotl style could be better. Did not like the breakfast manager always looking at guests while getting food felt being watched all the time. Made people uncomfortable. Give them space.

Our stay was wonderful! Breakfast was varied, fresh and delicious. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful! Location was perfect for our needs.

Nothing - we had a great experience!

I didn't expect a suite with two televisions and a kitchen. It was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was friendly and I loved the fresh waffles during the week. Overall a great stay.

Great 2 bedroom suite

Staff not to helpful. Particularly at check it. In my opinion. Staff trash talking at the front desk never good look for your image .

It was the quietest hotel I have stayed in. I did not hear traffic, doors, hallway conversations, toilets or showers. Thank you!!

Clean and the staff is always very pleasant. The night staff always has a smile and happy to help with whatever issue you may have.

The price was considerably higher than the time I stayed at the Residence Inn Tampa.

BREAKFAST WAS GREAT AND THE LOCATION WAS IDEAL.

RAISING THE ROOM RATES NOT COOL WHEN THERE APPARENTLY WAS A CONCERT PLAYING IN THE AREA
