I booked this hotel because it was extremely close to Legacy Surgery Center were I had surgery. We are so grateful to Roberto to allow is to check out at 4pm , I was able to sleep for 3 hours and wait for the anesthesia effects to ware off. The only thing we did not like is that there is no breakfast and no free coffee. It is fair to say they have a Mini Starbucks inside the hotel but for the ones that don't like Starbucks(like me) or that can afford each coffee at $6.00 it will be great to have that coffee at the lobby for FREE! Rooms were immaculate and the hotel is brand new, but the in our room AC was super noisy...other than that is was perfect!

The friendliness of the staff at check-in and the thoroughness of the cleaning were much appreciated. It was easy to get to my fourth-floor room yet I felt safe. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was easy to cool off a degree or two.

The only thing that was even a little confusing was ordering breakfast. I chose a pre-paid option at the time of booking, thinking the breakfast would be a serve-yourself style. Instead I needed to explain each time to the cashier that it needed to be charged to my room (then had to explain each time that I pre-paid). Due to the crazy humid week I wasn't hungry each morning so I felt I didn't get my money's worth of the pre-paid option. Just a very minor blip in a very comfortable, happy experience.

I loved the location, cleanliness, and feel of the entire venue.

There was not any kind of complimentary breakfast or coffee in the lobby because they have an in-house starbucks. I paid 22$ for eggs, potatoes, toast, large coffee- none of it was great. Great news is Kiki's breakfast spot is less than a quarter mile away and they're amazing.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Beds were comfortable. We didn't use the pool but everything looked nice out there. Good Experience.

Would liked to have somewhere to grab coffee in the morning (there is a maker in the room, but those are not good) other than the paid bistro which also has limited hours. Extremely tiny refrigerator limits options and had no freezer compartment for re-freezing ice packs.

we had to change rooms while we where there, original room smelled like mold or someone previously had a accident in the bathroom that got on to the carpet and the carpet still has moisture in it but staff was very understanding and changed my room immediately

the breakfast was standard. i got the country breakfast eggs bacon etc. coffee was starbucks which i personally dont like so didnt try it.

more coffee selection, it was to starbucks focused. the breakfeast had starbucks pasteries. the room lights were a bit unusual but i figured them out. the bathroom shower was kinda open water on the floor, so a bit concerned about sliping but otherwise it was fine

The hotel has a very modern style, perfect for business trips but also vacation. The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious, clean, modern and very beautiful. Complimentary parking is also available which is great. The location is also very good. Pool and common areas were also a pleasant surprise, didn’t expect them to be so nice.

Breakfast was very good and worth the extra money. The staff was very nice and friendly. They made our beds, changed out our towels, and took out our trash after our first night. (We stayed two nights.)

The door to the bathroom was difficult to open and close. Only one of the elevators was in service.

The staff memeber that checked us in was very pleasant to deal with. She advised us of the restaurant, which was a great feature of the hotel. She also gave us some tips for making it to the port via Uber.

I don't know that there was anything that we didn't like.

I enjoyed the convenience of having a place to eat inside the hotel. The employees at the reception desk were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The clerk on the morning of 11/6 at 8AM deserves special thanks. She helped me with my transportation back to the airport so that I didn't miss my flight.

I wish there could have been 1 or 2 items on the menu that were gluten free. Also, I like to take the earliest flight I can which can cause conflict with checking in. I knew this before I arrived. Since I hadn't rented a car, I wanted to spend some time by the pool to relax. Since I had no room yet, access to the pool needed the clerk to open the door. It would have been nice to have a "dummy" card with access only to the pool until my room was ready.
