Good location, place looks amazing, luxury kitchen, nice bathroom.

The rooms are a bit too full with furniture: large bar in the middle of the kitchen, large tv stand in the middle of the room, large chair when there are already large sofas, leaving no space to walk or place your luggage. The breakfast is not great and the breakfast place is way too small for the amount of guests. Huge queues, no place to sit. Shower doesn’t get hot.

I liked everything about this hotel, it was very clean and quiet. The room was modern and clean. They had everything in the room when it came down to using the kitchen. The bed was comfortable. The food and drinks were good. We didn't get to try the breakfast because we woke up late close to check out time.

The parking fee of $40 is steep, especially if you are staying at the hotel. Non hotel resident fee is the same amount which I think is unfair. I had reservations to stay at the hotel, why there is no accommodation for us to pay less for parking

The rooms are fantastic. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Good location about 15 min walk to water st. There's a buddy brew 5 min away too.

I was really disappointed I had requested my room and my kids room be next to each other when I made the booking months ago and it could not be accommodated. I don't understand how if we are staying just one night and I booked it months in advance how can the rooms not be near each other? My kids are 5 and 3. And staff at the desk just shrugged like it wasn't their problem. I also didn't think it was ok to charge $42 to park the car there. Especially when event parking there is $30. Why would event parking be cheaper than a paying hotel guest? Finally, the pool was too cold. We had to get out and change our final day of holiday plans because my 3 year old was shivering. Not great considering I wanted to just hang by the pool as the last day event.

The reception staff happy and friendly Room ready for me at 10am Breakfast is 1st class Less than 5 minute walk to the river walk and the Trolley. Cleaning staff also always said hello. When in Tampa this will be my go to hotel

Perfect location to walk around the city. Felt safe in the location of the hotel going down to the river. We have visited America a lot and Tampa is one of our favourite cities. Infant we have chosen to returnbyo Tampa later in the year go r a mother concert that we could have gone to in the UK.

Pool was a little small but adequate. It was very busy when we were here as there were a lot of cheer leading events going on so lots of people about.

I booked this hotel for a concert at Amalie Arena, and the location was amazing. Amalie Arena is within 15 minutes of walking from the hotel, so it was very convenient. I also felt safe walking back to the hotel at night after the concert because there were so many other people walking in the same direction as me. I also liked the complimentary breakfast that they provided.

The price was more expensive than I remembered when booking it, but it was still worth it for what it was.

My recent stay at Hyatt House Tampa Downtown was quite pleasant overall, and I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Tampa. The hotel's location in downtown Tampa is convenient. The room was spacious and came with a fully equipped kitchenette, which was a nice touch for longer stays or if you prefer to prepare your own meals. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the furniture provided both functionality and comfort. The beds were particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The carpets in the room, although they appeared clean, didn’t feel clean enough to walk on barefoot. This was a bit disappointing, especially considering the overall cleanliness and comfort of the rest of the room.

Breakfast was excellent just didn't like the downtown area that had limited activities...had to get an uber to all shopping areas

Staff need to be a lot more informed about the area within which they work. If this is a hotel catering to the needs of tourists/ visitors they should be a little more informed to say where exactly certain things can be found...

The room was very spacious and offered all the amenities one could ask for when traveling. The bed was super comfortable. Valet guys were very efficient. The front desk staff was friendly and check in and check out were a breeze. The breakfast was fantastic. So many options! Great location as well.

The water pressure in the bathroom sink faucet was very low, but with so many rooms and guests, I could understand why.

I liked the ability to be able to prepare light meals in the room. Dietary restrictions are more easily acccomodated.

As there was not a sink in the room, there were no dishes or utensils. I had to purchase them. The mirror in the bathroom was so large, the highlight for makeup was not effective.
