The room was very clean and spacious, with a great layout for families. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything felt fresh and modern. The hotel was quiet at night, which made it easy to rest after a long day. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Honestly, we didn’t have any complaints. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

the complimentary hot breakfast was very good, they rotated items like waffles and pancakes (regular syrup and sugar free option), as well as between sausage patties, bacon, and sausage links. Breakfast also included hot oatmeal with a wide range of toppings in addition to options between bread, English muffins, bagels, and other pastries. For our 10-day stay, it was very nice to have such a wide selection of options to choose from.

The cleanness of the hotel and house keeping was very nice. Breakfast timing was nice as well.

I didn’t like the fact that breakfast was same every single day- our whole family was there for a week and we wished there were more variety in the hot item food or switch up some items like have pancakes or French toast instead of waffles every day. Or have hash brown instead of same potato dish. Or have different type of eggs.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff superb, the girls at the bar, the girls cleaning the room, the staff at the breakfast buffet, Rita and the lady in charge of replenishing the available options, always at the ready; everybody at the front desk, Norah and all. Everything was excellent. Thank you all !!!

Everything was perfect except the sofa bed. Cheryl at the bar was amazing, Priscilla front desk amazing, great breakfast, beautiful property, perfect location.

It would have been a ten/excellent, but the sofa bed was sooooi uncomfortable!

Location, staff was amazing, the lounge/breakfast room was the nicest,coolest, comfy, and most relaxing I’ve been in. I loved our bathroom as well!

I will just be nit picking here and that’s the truth. We two small stains on our floor, a lot of what looked like dust around our vents. The bed skirts are starting to tear , so those should be replaced

Beautiful place! Everything in the room was well thought out, and perfectly placed! Bed was comfortable. Only problem was the dirty grout on the floor near the toilet, and the slippery shower floor. Could use more water pressure in the shower. But this place is as nice as it gets!!!

The bathroom floor grout around the toilet area in room 420 needs a good scrubbing. The grout lines are already black. The shower floor turns slippery as ice the moment water hits it. There was very little water pressure in the shower.

The staff was excellent, friendly and very accommodating

with the light in the bathroom room wasn't so bright, would wake up my baby when we turned it on because the bathroom doors allow light to pass through due to the material used

By the time housekeeping came to clean the room it was after 4:00 in the afternoon. We were gone all day so their was plenty of time to clean while we were gone. Especially if cleaning is only done every other day!!!! Didn't make sense.
