The location is excellent! It’s close to a variety of restaurants, places to shop and the interstate. Everything in the lobby looks new and inviting; there is plenty of room for people to sit and visit. The free breakfast and the light dinner selections were very popular with families, especially those with children. One of the staff in the food area, Cynthia, went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Our room was very clean and comfortable and quite roomy. I wouldn’t change anything about our stay.

The staff at Hyatt Place Wesley Chapel was friendly and welcoming, and the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the place itself is beautiful, with a pleasant atmosphere that made my stay enjoyable.

As with most American hotels, the mattresses were too soft for my preference. I had to stay for six nights, and while my sleep was decent, the overly soft beds were not ideal for me.

So clean and comfortable

We had 4pm check in with 6pm reservations and we couldn't get our room till 5:45! This was our reason for our stay. The front desk girl was not accommodating and had a attitude. We were 10 friends 5 rooms. 3 out of the 5 were in the same boat. Ask for manager he came out my room then was ready others had to put there luggage in my room and left I'm sorry if I. Paying from 4pm till checkout this is unacceptable! No less rudeness

The breakfast was a disaster. The milk was sour; I told a worker, and instead of checking it, she actually confronted me. This was completely inappropriate. The sausages were cold, and the bacon was soggy. I do not recommend the breakfast at all.

I did not like the way the waitress approached the sour milk problem. Instead of offering me more milk, it felt like she was the offended one.

Nice rooms and comfortable with 3 rd person (grandchild that stayed with us a night.) The breakfast was better than most hotels I’ve stayed lately… Fresh fruit and varied teas especially nice.

Unfortunately, we had a hit and run. Someone hit our car parked right outside the back door. We told the staff and they looked at the camera and couldn’t see anything it the door. I was disappointed being so close to the door.

Very Nice but i pay more by booking that pay at the hotel because was for 4 people and i got only one room by booking and i need to pay another room that was cheaper paying at the hotel for my mom and my sister onces we get to the hotel because we couldn’t fix 4 personas in one room that booking Offer me

the front desk staff was very pleasant and kind. the staff that cleaned the room was very pleasant. All & all it was a great stay thank you staff for a memorable stay. sincerely, Evelyn Aponte

This hotel was great super clean Super friendly and helpful staff Place had just about everything you could want no indoor pool but the outdoor pool is beautiful breakfast in the morning it's got everything you need you can even take it back to your room or take the food on the road with you coffee was good and strong playset quite a few events going on which didn't interfere with Hotel guests places a real Gem !

I'm struggling to find something I didn't like maybe not long beach chairs were a little low and I'm over 6 feet tall and it kind of felt like school kid chairs that's the worst thing I could say. A great Hotel

Great location with shops and restaurants nearby. We were there seeking shelter from Hurricane Milton and were lucky to get a room. The staff was very accommodating. I liked the big lobby area with the couches and workspaces.

There were no vegetarian options at the restaurant/bar.

Beautifully maintained property . Love the ambience , cleanliness and the area. So many restaurant around with many choices , ample parking space and located just next to I-75 exit. Good breakfast too, enough items in breakfast for all.
