The staff were exceptional, an asset to the property. Very accessible location and close proximity to restaurants, stores, supermarket, cinema, bowling.

The cleanliness of the room for my arrival could have been improved. There was discarded paper and a metal object under the counter in the bathroom, particles on the carpet, dust on the pelmet board. The couch had stains that made it look dirty. I purchased Febreeze and general cleaners and did a bit of cleaning myself. The duvet was also ripped in a few places from normal wear and tear. The curtain, not the outer drape also had a rip.

Staff was accommodating, and the bedroom was clean. Breakfast was simple, standard continental, but good. Waffles are always great! The lower level has been renovated and looks great. Our room had great AC, and the beds were very comfortable. I appreciated having a mini fridge and microwave. The room was plenty big for our family of 4. The pool was clean.

Our room was on the second floor, and the elevator was being repaired. The second floor hasn't been renovated yet due to the 1st floor taking priority after the hurricane, so rooms are a little dated and need a little love. But like I said, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We slept great!

Traveling to see a relative for a few days and didn't want to pay the rates for the hotels in Wesley Chapel, so we took a chance on this Quality Inn. We were pleasantly surprises at the size and comfort of the room, as well as the cleanliness. The location is great as it's right on the main drag, close to restaurants and retail. The only issues we encountered were the non-working elevator and the banister on the main stairwell. We found out later in the stay that the elevators were flooded during a previous storm and were awaiting repair. Therefore, we had to use the staircase to get to the second floor. The banister (railing) was quite sticky and I wish the hotel had spent some effort to remove whatever was causing the stickiness. Other than those two items, we were quite pleased with everything else.

I love the fact that everybody in East Pasco county is respectful polite and also they don’t deal with nonsense. They do things professionally.

I would suggest maybe offering a little bit more for the breakfast some of the offerings aren’t you know everybody’s cup of tea in the morning maybe add in like hot cereal like grapes or like a oatmeal bowl type thing I would prefer grits but offer something hot, maybe like corn beef or some scrambled eggs and maybe some sausage links that would be great

I stay at this location every time I visit family in the area. I used to work for choice Hotels, and this was 1st 1 I stayed at where I was able to use my discount. and liked it so much that even though I am retired from hotel work I chose to stay at this Quality Inn because it is always clean, centrally located, has decent breakfast each morning, has amenities I like in a room. Long as I can get a good rate on my room I will continue to stay here whenever I visit family in Florida.

morning coffee in lobby was Luke warm could have been hotter, little more variety of breakfast items would be nice but overall it is great

I loved the location, the gentleman working the desk was very kind and helpful considering our situation. We appreciated everything he did to accommodate us. We were late arriving and our reservation was canceled but this young man was able to get us a room right away. We had driven 24 hours from Iowa to Florida and needed to sleep asap.

Vending machine on the 1st floor was empty and not being used, it was just an inconvenience. Nothing to get upset about.

Staff was really nice and accommodating. They went over and beyond to make sure the breakfast that was provided stayed stocked to meet our needs. The area was convenient and close to other locations we needed when it came to restaurants, stores etc. The rooms was spacious and clean

Some dust had settled in some areas that could of used some attention and the rug to go upstairs should of been a little cleaner.

Exceptional service. Got a good morning or good day everytime we walked in. Will definitely stay again. Stayed up the street b4. Not going back there again. Forgot toothpaste. Not a problem. Asked for toilet paper, not a problem. Met cleaning staff in hall. Anything I can do for you? Very convenient to everything. Pool clean. Room clean.

They only thing I would change is breakfast. I would add bagel or English muffins. They hold you better than cereal.

It’s close to my cousins house, not far from my great uncle’s funeral home & in parking lot next to Golden Corral has a free breakfast meal.

It was a little confusing of where to park I didn’t like metal trailer parked behind my car but luckily I found a parking spot I could look out my window & see my car. It would be convenient to write room numbers on parking lot so we be familiar where to park at.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfy and they had done an exceptional job of updating and maintaining the property. The location was perfect and we will stay here again next time we are in the area. I was not expecting much being a Quality Inn however this property far exceeded my expectations. The pool table and claw machine game in the main lobby were a fun, unexpected touch as was the 2nd floor lounge overlooking the lobby.

The free breakfast was a bit lacking. The waffles were good but they were the only hot option. I wish they had more options other than just cereal, yogurt, waffles and fruit. Also the lighting in the room itself wasn't very good but those are both very minor issues and I would definitely stay here again
