Nice hotel, comfortable beds that are low to the ground. They do offer a small breakfast in the morning. Reception is friendly, just very loud with the pool table and sports blaring on the tv. Convenient free parking.

Loud atmosphere in the reception area, not very options for breakfast, and the shelf food was stale (muffins). Drink machines were down, only water or coffee was available. Very noisy... sounded like there was drag racing going on every 30 minutes throughout the night on the road beside the hotel.

I like the friendly staff the front person who checked us in was great good customer service I like the fact that she went way and Beyond to make sure I stay was the greatest

Is nothing much that I didn't like only problem was the refrigerator wasn't getting cold but the hotel front desk switched our rooms real quick and the TV wasn't working in that room so we switched back to the first room we was at and she was very understandable I like that she is for her customers and she has great customer service

I do like the breakfast that his property offers. They do offer sausage and gravy biscuits and also waffles as well along with other breakfast items that most hotels have like cereal, muffins, oatmeal, and etc..

The only thing that I can dislike about this property so far the few times that I have stayed the juice machine for breakfast has been out of order

hospitality was excellent. best breakfast options I’ve had in a hotel plus cooking and popcorn in the evening. beds were somewhat small. housekeeping was great. staff were always very helpful.

Breakfast was ok, but could have changed up a bit. Did go from sausage links to pattys but could have offered bacon. Biscuit and gravy was good. Eggs- scrambled, could have had cheese omelets. Construction will really help

Breakfast good. Liked having biscuits and gravy every day. Need more variety with yogurts. Biggest complaint - beakfast area too small. Definitely would like coffee maker in the guest rooms.

It was very nice inside. The breakfast was a step above a normal hotel breakfast. The ladies that were in charge of breakfast were so friendly. The front desk staff were friendly and willing to help.

The beds were full size beds instead of queen size beds, so my husband who is a little bigger and I were a little cramped in the bed.

Great customer service! Seeing employees actually appear to enjoy their job, was very refreshing. Breakfast was good and simple. Location was wonderful. Directly across from a large shoping center and only 10-15 min away from the lagoons.

Beds were small and a bit hard. Definitely not queen size. Felt more like an XL twin, barley a full. Ideal for maybe two adults and 1 child. Adults sleeping on separate beds at that. Other than the bed issue, no complaints.

Bathroom is claustrophobic. That blue color from the hotel is hideous It was too expensive for what it is!
