I loved the staff they were extremely nice and always had a smile on their faces. When i asked for extra towels and a pillow, it was given, and it was pretty late at night, when I was asked. I was always able to find convenient parking at this location as well. Rooms were clean and spacious, with great water pressure and temperature. The room came with a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. I also liked the location..

I didn't like the breakfast. I feel the setup and options could be better... much better... me and another guest actually spoke about it in the parking lot one morning.. also the hotel has 2 elevators and at the time only one was working... those are things I found wrong... otherwise, I had a pleasant stay and would stay again.

The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and never failed to greet us when we came in or even when we were just in and out walking our dog. It was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with a hotel, ever. And we’re a military family so we stay in hotels a lot when we’ve moved.

Any complaints are super minor and not worth mentioning tbh.

As stated in previous reviews, this has become our Go-To place to stay when visiting family in Tampa. The rooms are large with a desk separating the couch and footrest in the sitting area from the sleeping area. There are also separate toilet room and shower room. The beds are nice. The air conditioning works well. The pool is a nice place to relax. Staff is always very pleasant. Location is by very nice restaurants and bars.

The only thing I will say, and this is only because I look for this in reviews before booking, is the shower head is not removable. As a 6'5" behemoth of a man, this is important lol. Oh, and the parking lot spaces are very small.

This has become our go-to hotel when we visit Tampa. The location is in the middle of a bunch of restaurants and right off I-75. The staff is very friendly. The pool is heated. The rooms are pretty big for a hotel. The water pressure in the shower is great. It actually has separate toilet room with sink and shower room with sink which we thought was pretty neat for a hotel.

The pool was a little dirty this time around, but there was a volleyball tournament and some other conference going on, so the pool was being used quite a bit. The room A/C has one of those "motion sensor" controls, so at night it would shut off and the room would get warm until you moved around.

Love the location right of the expressway. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The suites were clean, spacious and the layout was great separating the sitting area from the bed. The beds were super comfortable and I loved the water closet toilet area separate from the shower. It was convenient to have the fridge and microwave. The ice machine was right near the room. The complimentary breakfast was delicious too. Highly recommend!

The bed was super comfortable and we actually have enough space for 2 adults and 3 kids. The price was great the air conditioner was on point. We had no complaints at all. We would stay here again as well as being near shopping and food and the casino was only 20 minutes away! We had a blast ! Thanks SpringHill Suites❤️😎

We loved the location of the hotel, it was 10-30 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go! There’s also a gas station, restaurant, and some more stuff right down the road if you just wanted to take a little stroll. It was very quiet the majority of our stay and our room was huge, plenty of room for my boyfriend, best friend and my toddler to all move around without getting in each others way. The pool was almost empty the entire time were were there which was great, we def thought there’d be more people with it being peak season but it wasn’t overcrowded at all. 10/10 a better option than trying to cram everyone into the guest room at my uncles house lol

I feel like the front desk women were a little annoyed which is totally expected (we all know what they have to put up with) while we were checking in, and at almost 1am after a 15hr road trip we couldn’t even process what was happening. Also, I kind of wish they’d left the coffee bar out a little longer, like just until maybe 9-10 am 😅 I know breakfast closes before that and it’s totally just me being picky but it would’ve been a godsend lol

Convenient location.

Only one coffee in room when I checked in 1 sugar pack which had alredy been opened. Coffee was not replenished when room cleaned. Ice bucket was in refrigerator with old bag and water in it. The case of backup pillows in closet open 1 pillow in it. Not convinced room was properly cleaned.

The location, the look, the atmosphere of the hotel, the breakfast, the staff, I LOVE SPRINGHILL!!!! My sister stayed at this hotel earlier this year as she visited her son/my nephew and his family. They live a couple of minutes from this location. So when we went to Tampa, she highly suggest we stay, and we did and we were so pleased and impressed, whenever we visit Tampa we will stay here!!!! Thank you Springhill staff!!!!!

The only thing I didn't like was we only stayed 1 full night, got there Tuesday, and left Thursday morning... we didn't know housekeeping didn't tidy the room for such a short stay. But it was ok. We tidied our own room, threw out trash, and got a few fresh towels. ALL TOWELS RECEIVED WERE RETURNED!!!! That was the only thing we didn't like, and that was because we weren't aware of that.

We loved the room size and the layout. The fridge actually worked properly, unlike many hotels. The room was well maintained and immaculate. Sufficient linens and cups were provided. We also enjoyed the exercise room and variety of equipment.
