The safety was good, The Breakfast was Great. The Staff was kind and understanding. They made sure we had everything we needed. The price of the rooms came with no hidden fees, it was a very smooth transaction. Every TV, hot water, iron and stove , refrigerator, the beds, were soft, pillows to soft, but everything worked..My Only Problem, we had a few roaches, walking around in the kitchen, that's really my only complaint.. Overall, it was a really good stay.

In our room we had a few roaches. They were there when we got there, I understand each individual is different or have a different level of clean, but I can't stand them things. But it wasn't too bad..

I was happy the location was easy to access the staff was super nice. I was able to get extra towels by request in the lobby. There was no hassle with my credit card. I booked the room with one card and I paid with a different card when I arrived. The only thing that was not perfect is since the hotel obviously allows pets my room kinda smelled like wet dog from the previous guest. There was an effort it seems to cover the smell with cleaner or room freshener but it wore off by the morning when I woke up. I didn't travel with a dog. Regards we would stay here again

The room was really nice and clean. Pull out couch was comfortable, bed and linens were really nice. Had stove/oven, apartment size fridge, dishwasher, pots/pans/dishes. Amenities were nice.

Arrived at 240 was told I was unable to check in until 3 which was fine, checkin wasn’t until 3 anyways. At 3 I was unable to check in due to supervisor checking rooms. Wasn’t able to check in until almost 320. After going thru a hurricane, a wait was the last thing I wanted. A couple walked in behind me, was told checkin was not until 3 and they wouldn’t be able to check in. Complained and was checked in 14 min ahead but then refused to check me in prior to 3. Older man walked in prior to 3, without an reservation and was able to check in immediately. Hallways needed to be vacuumed; had trash, leaves and debris the entire weekend.

Separate rooms made for a private and more enjoyable stay. Beds were comfortable. Location was clean and we enjoyed having a kitchen and dining table to use.

Lobby is oddly situated and needs a sign/more signage indicating its location. Breakfast could use improvement. I’ve had better Belgian waffles & the coffee was seriously lacking in strength. Also, the receptionist seemed bothered when checking in by merely two questions. She also hardly gave eye contact, nor smiled. This is odd, considering it’s the hospitality field.

The cleanliness of the big rooms. Really good breakfast, staff was really nice. The location had so much within a 5 to 6 mile radius. Bathroom was clean, good water pressure in the shower. One of the best I've stayed in.

Only 1 dislike. I guess because the walls were a little thin, the people next to us tv was so loud at midnight.

When I walked through the enter door everything smelled so fresh and clean. I’ve never had that experience at any hotel. Our room was totally amazing. It was clean , quiet, and very comfortable. The night and morning staff was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this hotel over and over again to everyone.

The room was very nice like an efficiency apt. Very clean and comfy. Could have stayed all week there.

The ice maker dind’t work nor did it have a tray. No ice vending machine. I want ice now. Manager refused to to get me a tray or ice. Room above us had some sort of leak and our bathroom floor got wet. Went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and walked into water.

My hotel stay was excellent. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was tasty and provided great menu choices. Most of all the hotel price was right!

Nothing, hotel and staff exceeded my expectations.

Good location. Building is a little old but the rooms themselves are very updated. Only issues we had were the shower did not drain properly and the faucet on sink in the kitchenette was a not fully attached. Otherwise a good stay.

Went to this hotel for an evacuation from hurricane Milton. Knew nothing about the property. I was pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable. Loved the room and the staff was very accommodating. Will book again for my next hurricane evacuation.

The remote for the TV was partially broken. That's it.
