I thought the breakfast was included as IHG advertises this but nevertheless we did enjoy it, it lacked the American charm we were expecting as it was small and they didn’t do pancakes and originally said they had no waffles then suddenly found some when I explained my son was autistic and couldn’t eat anything else on the limited menu. Overall the staff were really friendly and helpful and the facilities were great. The pool is small but perfect for a quick dip after Busch gardens. Busch is a hop away and that was our main reason for booking. USD 50 from airport which was more than expected but very easy to procure from airport taxi booking desk outside terminal. Few dining options available unless you are happy jumping in an uber. I was hoping to wander out in the evening and browse but I appreciate this isn’t culturally the norm unless you’re downtown in a city or in New York for instance! Very clean, modern and comfortable throughout.

Breakfast was a little stressful as per above. Disappointed with size of meal, availability of options and variety. But no big deal.

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were flat. It appears to be older hotel they remodeled. The night staff was good, the morning staff was a little better. The location is terrific, close to the Zoo, Busch Gardens and the university. Overall a nice place to stay for the price.

It's on a busy street and traffic was a little loud but it did quiet down as night rolled on. I've never been a fan of hard floors, they never seem to be really clean. They do not have a continental breakfast and the breakfast they offer is a little pricey for what it is.

Beautiful room. Microwave and refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker (all in one place with some counter space... very nice). Bathroom roomy with one sink and lots of counter space. Nice deep bathtub and shower. Everything clean. Two double beds and large flat screen tv. Room good location... sunlight late afternoon. Outdoor pool. Restaurant in hotel.

The accommodation was comfortable and clean. Location perfect. Staff was Super helpful and thoughtful and kind.

It would have been nice to have a free continental breakfast I addition to the restaurant breakfast.

Cold scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. A little misleading statement regarding hotel “restaurant”, whatever it is cannot be called restaurant. It is a sleepy one person operation.

it is clean, it is very up to date , I love the experience.

Please don't get any room close to the road or close to the elevator, it is really noisy, but I will stay there again, not close to this location 🥹

Everything was great but the toilets. They are the OLD STYLE round small, small, small. Time to update. Elongate PLEASE…….

Friendly and helpful staff service for the most part. Comfortable stay. Convenient location.

Wasn't any Staff members to greet me at the restaurant setting. I actually had to reach out to the front desk for assistance. I wasn't trying to order anything, but if I did, I would have been disappointed.

Everything was clean, great amenities.

Walls are thin and lack of carpet helps sound travel. You can hear everything happening in the hallway and above you.

Great location as a stop over from Tampa airport before travelling to Busch Gardens and then on to Orlando. We very much enjoyed the breakfast (included) and staff were friendly.
