Great breakfast. Great location. Can see the coasters at Busch Gardens running from your window. Easy check in. Pam was amazing! Complimentary water and snack given upon check in. Pam also helped me find plastic forks late at night so we could eat in our room. Room was large and clean and nice. Bed was comfy. I left my apple watch and someone called me to let me know. We coordinated a friend to pick it up. Coffee and water available 24/7. No complaints. Hated to leave.

Minor road noise outside window being on main drag. Not enough seating in breakfast area. Rooms are a little pricey.

We were blown away by the staff at this hotel, above and beyond, friendly, helpful, kind… and it wasn’t just one person, interactions with all of the staff were exceptional! We arrived early off a cruise ship and were welcomed well before checkin, but our bags were stored and a key to the pool for a swim was offered. We were looking to do a bit of laundry, but the dryer was broken - worry not, we were offered the opportunity to have our things dried in the hotel dryer. These are just a few of the many examples of the staff who were working to make our stay comfortable.

The staff especially Teryon, I believe was awesome. She had a smile every time we saw her which seemed like every time we passed the front lobby. She made it personal and helped us with a sleeping arrangement that worked. When she inquired why we were there and we told her we were moving our son into college, she went out of her way to congratulate, ask questions, and encourage him on his journey. She is the best front desk clerk I have ever encountered. The hotel looked brand new everywhere we went, clean, comfortable, and we had a great room overlooking Busch Gardens and could watch the roller coasters. Breakfast had a different protein each day and was great with options. The staff in the breakfast area were attentive and so friendly. There was an issue one morning where something happened with the waffle batter and it went everywhere. The entire staff jumped in to completely clean and were so friendly when they had to explain the issue. Even to this oblivious to the situation. But they never lost there cool and made quick work of the situation. Even our interaction with house keeping when the called to check and see if we needed anything including the room cleaned. The day they came they took care of everything even folding some personal clothing items. It was the best stay I have had anywhere in a long long time.

Hate they have to fight the area and the homeless population with added security features. However we were never worried as they made sure you were protected and the issues in the area did not encroach onto the property.

The whole stay was great. We had a queen suite and a standard room. They worked great for the number of people we had and the rooms were very comfortable. We had no issues while staying at the property and had a very pleasant vacation. We used the pool a lot and it was wonderful. The kids really had a great time. I really love the coffee any time and the free breakfast. I usually always book Hampton Inn unless there is not one at the location I need. Thank you and the whole staff for a great stay/vacation.

I was totally happy with the property. The rooms were clean and spacious. Whatever we needed was supplied any time we asked. I would recommend this property to anyone!! You will not be disappointed!

Pam was really helpful when we checked in and love coming to this hotel because of her. Check in was easy and fast and Pam let us know about the construction and what time they would start in the morning as well as what time breakfast was plus when the doors would be locked at night needed our card keys to get in, Carlos took care of us for our ride to and from Busch Gardens. The breakfast was very good on both mornings of our stay. All of the staff always greeted us with a smile and a hello. The room was nice with a view of Busch Gardens and if we had been staying for the weekend we would have been able to see the fireworks. The traffic noise was not that bad and did not keep us up at night.

The hotel could not of helped that it was having construction on the 4th floor as the noise carried through to the room on the 2nd floor. It was only during the day and did not start until after 8 AM.

The property was amazing upon arrival. We called and asked to check in early because traveling with an infant and toddler and young child was already rough. We could walk to busch gardens. We had a view of busch gardens and it was the highlight of our trip. We had a great time. Beds were comfortable and the studio suite fit the 6 of us very comfortably!

House keeping did not come even when we asked for house keeping. With 6 people in one room trash cans filled fast. When we went down stairs to grab some personal items from front desk and the snack bar the front desk staff was asleep and would not wake up.

I was able to do a digital key check in, but had to check with the front desk first. Wasn’t a major delay but a bit of a wait. Staff was okay. Breakfast was on time daily, fresh, and hot. The hotel location to other attractions and local restaurants and shops were perfect. The business center computers did not work, but that was okay because I could work from my phone.

The smell of the room had an old urine smell to it without the air being turned on, maybe from the carpet, we are not sure. When the air was turned on, it didn’t bother as much, either way maybe get a deep clean on the carpets guys! The pillows were clean, soft, not very comforting and Went flat after while. Maybe consider a different brand or upgrade eventually. Other than that the room was very clean upon entering and during our stay.

As a family of five, we really enjoyed the studio. It’s a big room with two queen size beds and an sofa bed. It was very quiet. The breakfast was delicious. A big shout out to the breakfast ladies how clean and organized and full they keep the breakfast area.

The only negative part of our day was the change schedule of the shuttle. The shuttle is now not available during the weekdays, which was really disappointing. I walk to the Busch Gardens. Takes you approximately 20 minutes.

Loved the size of our room and the breakfast was great. Very clean and super close tomBusch Gardens with free shuttle. Pool space was small but nice.

Ice machine was sort of far from our room. The front desk staff were super friendly and called to ask if our room needed attention and were quick to send someone to our room, however after cleaning they didn’t leave clean towels or new soap. Thankfully we left the next morning so it wasn’t a huge issue. Power also went out for about an hour and a half and hall doors were closed so that was unexpected. Also would have liked a fan in the bathroom.

The hotel and our room was very clean. We enjoyed the morning breakfast and the available options. The location is close to the USF campus and across the street from Busch Gardens. The staff was very friendly.

I did not feel comfortable walking to any location outside of the hotel as it felt a bit unsafe. Sadly, there are homeless people outside of the hotel, within close proximity to the parking lot. I do wish there was more of a police presence within the area.
