The room space and setup of the king with the sofa, extra large room. Nice setup with perfect variety of furniture for a family of 4 with an infant too. No closet for hanging though. Great location to the Busch Gardens fireworks right out our window and at the pool. Plenty of parking. Staff was always accommodating. The AC worked well, and the shower was good. Loved the soaps they offered, good quality.

Not many hot breakfast items. Only waffle and sausage. 1 washing machine and 1 dryer was broken. Laundry room door didn't need a key to enter, so very nervous for me sitting in there doing laundry with my child. My room door looked to be kicked in previously before, so the bottom didn't close all the way. Not a deal breaker for us.

Beautiful trees and plants around the pool/property. The pool was nice, good size, chairs and tables available. The staff was very nice and the housekeepers were always helpful. I stayed for a week and I would definitely stay again. Room was nice and had pretty much everything you need. Clean, comfortable beds, extra pillows. I liked that the shower/bath & toilet were separated from the vanity/sink setup so both could be used at the same time. Breakfast was basic, but had enough options and the fresh waffles were great. 24/7 coffee located in the lobby. Remodeled; Does not have the dated walls and carpets seen in some photos.

The only issue I had the entire trip was trying to get another comforter. I called down to desk 3 different times, but it never came. I waited til morning and asked the housekeeper myself when I saw her. This wasn’t a big enough issue for me to not stay again though.

I like that the rooms were clean it was a great location I like the fact that Busch gardens was right across the street all around great experience

I thank you guys can use some new beds the ones in my room was sort of old and dented and I kept falling in the middle of the hole 😒

Locacation was great. Next to Busch Gardens. Fast food, gas station, liquor store all in walking distance. Rooms were decent. Friendly staff. Big pool.

When I checked in, they gave me a room in the back of the building. As I opened the door, roaches started fleeing to their hiding spots. I went back to the front and talked to the young lady, and she gave me an upgrade to the front,next to the pool. Rooms are decent. Look like they got remodeled but hired the cheapest guy they could get. Other than that it was good.

Nothing much. The Breakfast Lady was nice, very efficient and kept the whole room clean and ready for the next guests. The breakfast was very busy that morning and she stayed on top of replenishing the food areas and wiping down the tables and crumbing the chairs. She was an asset.

No coffee maker or hot water pot in room. I often will bring my own instant coffee on travels, but still want a hot water pot to make coffee. The missing mini-refrigerator was not really an issue, but I do often travel by car in the state, and will bring food from home. I don't buy exclusively from restaurants. I am value conscious. Also, it rained heavily, and the rain turned the path from my parked car into a swollen creek and even walking clear to the other side of the parking lot, provided only a marginally less flooded main road between the bulk of the lower front parking lot and the office and main building. The Soap dispenser in the shower was fairly low in quantity and I had to push quite hard on the plunger to get any soap out of the dispenser bottle.

Can't say enough. Top shelf. Clean, up-to-date, thick towels, lovely bedding, 3 plump pillows, ample heat, good breakfast, no bums hanging around, quiet except for a bit of street noise which can't be helped and even had blinds that let you see out without anyone seeing in. Only issue was door and window had air leakage and could have been sealed better but again, no problem with the heater so no biggie. Great stay for the money. Lights were good, even had a nightlight. Right across the street from Busch Gardens too if that's your thing.

The so called breakfast was very very limited and was not cooked and the was only very bad coffee and water for beverage. Staff person was in a hurry to get everyone out at 845 am. The elevators need inspections cause there expired and very very hot inside and whole system needs update. All a/c systems are leaking water in hallways needs proper drainage.

Great staff, Clean pool, Vending machines were stocked and perfect room temperatures set by you. Definitely plan to come back.

Nothing stood out as something that would be a negative, The only thing that would make it better is having a microwave in the room, but it's not a deal breaker. I definitely plan to come back.

Very convenient to Bush Gardens. Staff was wonderful! Great breakfast included. Beds were comfortable. Good price. It’s an older hotel but nice. Pool was great too

Rooms are great. Beds very comfortable. Very clean. Updated. Outside the pool was clean and a good amount of seating. Elevators definitely need help. Location to Busch Gardens is great. Literally across the street. Enjoyed fireworks from the parking lot. It was especially hot when we visited but the ac was good. Neighborhood is just fine. Police and city offices next door with lots of greenery. Just needs some fresh paint around corridors. We did the suite which was two adjoining rooms so we had two full bathrooms. Really enjoyed our stay.
