Very handy to Busch Gardens if that’s the purpose of your visit. Seemed brand new, very clean, very large room with heaps of helpful things (desk, proper kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, plates, cutlery etc). Very decent breakfast for the cost of the hotel. Lots of thoughtful items not experienced at other hotels in Florida e.g. newspaper, board games

Not a great location if you’re not going to Busch Gardens, quite a rough area of Tampa to walk around. A bit loud as right on a main road but we’re good sleepers so didn’t affect us. They had ear buds which was thoughtful if you found it loud.

We appreciated the helpful staff and the proximity to Busch Gardens. The hotel is relatively new and well maintained.

Breakfast was a disorganized letdown. No fresh fruit, ridiculously small coffee urns, and an insufficient supply of key food items. In addition, the bed was low to the floor with a mattress that seemed hollow. Lastly, this is a dog-focused hotel where you are likely to hear barking because 1. Dogs bark, and 2. Mean, irresponsible humans coop their dogs up unattended in the rooms, which is against hotel policy.

The room was extremely clean. The towels were new. I am not fond of using hotel towels. The hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We had a suite which came complete with a full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishes, and a dishwasher. The location was also close enough to Busch Gardens.

The staff is excellent, the afternoon front desk rep is very professional and help us a lot. The morning breakfast staff is very attentive and respectful. The hotel common areas needs air condition, fl is too hot

that the common areas in the hotel was extremely hot and no A/C.

Room was clean and served coffee and tea 24 hours.

Breakfast sucked at this location. Everything was rubbery or tasted fake. Not a wide selection and no taste. Only thing good was the waffle. Rooms was loud I could hear everything in the halls and outside. A dog barked all night!

Great 1bedroom suite, ideal for families and comfortable and well equipped. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious. Location great for Busch Gardens and ZooTampa.

Air conditioner and street were a little loud but we were so tired we slept through the extra noise no problem.

Paying to park on the property where I have paid to stay The pool was out of order, at the end of our stay I was informed that I could have used next door hotel pool Breakfast was bland

The rooms were upheld to a standard level of cleanliness. I did enjoy the close proximity to Busch Gardens. My spouse enjoyed the waffles from the continental breakfast. We only interacted with staff upon check in and check out, they were overall nice.

Two things I found as cons. The water pressure level in the shower was very light. Also, I was overcharged for the room. In which I had to dispute with my financial institution & the hotel. The issue was resolved within a few days after my stay.
