Good location. Seems to be a property that is upgrading. Still a smoke smell to it. Towels that had been in the room for awhile smelled like smoke. But fresh towels helped!!! Staff was amazing!

Great position if, like me, you have to move around Florida and you don't need to stay just in downtown Tampa, with your car you can skip lot of traffic on the highway. Room was confortable and spacious, friendly staff and fast check-in and checkout. Great service and they provide everything you need asking at the reception. Very confortable bed and pillows. Absolutely worth the price, I would come back next time

The room wasn't deeply clean and I am referring above all to the carpet but also to some towels on which I found some hair. Not a big deal though because I had three of them for each type but still.. Breakfast wasn't the best for american standards and water in the pool wasn't cleaned often from insects. I found a warning in the bathroom against stealing from the room which Is totally fine but I didn't get the prices they face to each one, I attach some pictures to show you but it's weird for a clock alarm like that ti costs 90$.. I understand they want to discourage people from taking them but since they offer to sell them they should review something on the items pricelist

Friendly Reception Staff! MS. CICI at the Breakfast Lounge was Wonderful! She was so Pleasant & VERY Accomodating!

After checking into our room within about 2 hours. a ringing noise was coming out of the bathroom vent, and we went down to the reception/ check in area.Tyler from came up to check and see what the sound was and also brought a maintenance man. We were asked. If we wanted to stay in our current room, but I knew we wouldn't be able to sleep the night if the sound continued. So we were given another room. we had plans to go to a Show that evening and had to wait till we came back, which was a little late to switch out our rooms. I much Appreciated the fact though that we were given a Different Room!

Our room was well worth the price and was clean when first checked in. King bed was large and comfy, flatscreen tv was nice, bathroom and shower/tub were clean and properly stocked, and the room was enough space for 2 people. Never found any bugs in the room either which is a huge plus!! Housekeeping staff and all the front desk staff I interacted with were super helpful and kind throughout my stay.

Half of the lights in my room didn’t work, not sure if it was the lightbulbs or the fixtures themselves. It didn’t bother me or the person I stayed with and didn’t ruin anything about our trip, but was just a bit weird. I don’t always need my hotel room super bright so it wasn’t a deal breaker, but someone else might not like that.

The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. I liked that it was very close to Busch Gardens which was where we were going. The staff was also really nice, the woman that checked us in was respectful and very professional, and it was a smooth process. I appreciated that they had front desk there when we arrived late at night.

I found it disappointing that the pool closed at Sundown. It would've been refreshing to take a dip after being hot all day at the park. The vending machines by the rooms were also pretty lacking which is a shame because they have very nice ones available in the lobby.

5 minutes from Busch Gardens, 20-30 minutes from downtown Tampa so great location for us. Friendly and helpful staff, good size room which was clean with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was showing signs of wear and tear hence the 4 not 5 stars but it was perfectly serviceable. Plenty of choice of cold items at breakfast along with eggs, sausages, grits and waffles. We went an hour before breakfast finished and everything was available. There’s also an IHOP next door with great food and staff.

I liked the area it was nice and quiet not too much going around, ihop is walking distance to the hotel so you don't have to waist gas. The downstairs breakfast was good and had a lot of seating for everyone to sit down and eat. The workers were also helpful and very nice.

the only thing that bothered us was the ac was kind of broken the face of the ac would just fall off and the fact the couch was in front of it so it blocked a lot of the air didn't make the room feel 100 comfortable .

Friendly and accommodating staff. They let us check in early which we really needed. Quiet and comfortable.

We liked everything basically. The building is a little old and outdated. The toilet wasn't great but the shower had good pressure. It is nothing fancy by any means but it was good.

Staff was very friendly, great cleanliness, surroundings were very quiet too.

Breakfast is "american style", a lot of grease food (but there are some options, differently from other Ramadas/Wyndhams I traveled to). At least this was the only hotel (in total of 3 in this trip), that had fresh fruits available, otherwise, pancakes, scrambled eggs, poor black coffee and tons of ultraprocessed food.

Very nice lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast was great! Close to a lot of places like grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations. Only 10 minutes from Busch Gardens!

The only thing we didn't like was that there was a very "sour" smell in the room we booked. Like musty, damp and sour. Very humid and raining so that counts for a lot of that. Room fresheners would have helped. Otherwise, nice and clean! Also quiet.
